It is too soon to be more definitive, but in my first 3 weeks of taking these I have already noticed a reduction in the number of times I wake up at night needing to urinate. Semen production has increased noticeably. While I can’t say much about it’s effectiveness for the prostate , I can give you a little of what I suspect. It seems as it may reduce some swelling or soreness of the prostate.Urination seems to flow freely and better , it’s possible, but then again I don’t take this consistently enough to be able to notice any noticeable results. I should mention that I don’t believe I have prostate cancer ,but after sex, you prostate muscle squeezes a few times after ejaculation. Sorry to be so graphic , but especially if go 2 rounds , your prostate will be sore . Any way, I hope it is working , as I will continue consistent use , but for other reason than my prostate. This product contains three essential amino acids, which are listed on the label. One that I can remember is Glycine. Now I remember this amino acid from a smart drug product I once used last year. My anxiety was reduced and I was able to think better, although glycine wasn’t the sole ingredient that had it’s effects upon me. However I have had recently done some research upon amino acids , and the three that re in here,are great for the brain. Clears brain fog, improves memory ,and calms you down from anxiety .You will be more social, and it will boost any intelligence you may have that was sleeping that you may have required from reading and studying. When It’s Cold, It Does Not Reduce My Frequency To Use The Bathroom
I found that I use the bathroom less frequently whenever it is warm (about 80 degrees F); but whenever the temperature dips down (to less than 80 degrees)’ that’s when I use the bathroom more frequently to urinate. That is my personal observation and I’m removing this product from my list.
