I’ve tried several saw palmettos and have finally landed on the one that works for me. These are easy to swallow. And to be honest, it is just too early to say whether these work or not, however the quality seems right up there with other name brands. There is no aftertaste and in my opinion these are certainly worth trying a bottle or two before judging if they work for you. Great price point.

Bottle has 60 capsules. Each serving is 2 capsules. So this is 30 day supply.Capsules are easy to swallow. But this supplement has a smell. Kind of unpleasant. Hard to describe smell. Kind of like stale wet cardboard box.I have used it for 1 week. As with many supplements, it is very hard to gauge the effectiveness. There are so many other variables. What I eat, what I drink, how much I drink, when I drink, how much I exercise, etc, etc. So I cannot tell if there is any improvement. During sleep, I still have to wake up 2-3 times to use the bathroom. So at least that hasn’t changed or improved.
