This supplement contains exactly what it says, with no added ingredients, which is very nice because it can get hard when there’s a ton of ingredients added to things because of crossover with other pills.The benefits of this supplement based on recent research are pretty unparalleled, especially if you are trying to slow down your biological clock.The bottle contains one monthsworth, so you would definitely want to take it for longer to reap the benefits, but I would say that in the amount of time that I’ve been taking it has definitely proven to be effective and I feel very energetic and just…younger.The pills are small and have no taste or smell and are easy to swallow, and I also haven’t noticed any side effects like digestive issues or feeling sick after taking them. If you are striving for longevity, these pills are definitely worth the money and investment in yourself!

I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Mar 2027.The capsules have a light scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. These say 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and USA manufactured.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and there an analytical test report in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but am interested in this blend, and like the absence of many of the fillers and flow agents that a lot of companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest-quality supplements I am aware of refuse to.

Simple Formula and Reasonable Value
I like that this formula combines nicotinamide riboside with pterostilbene in one capsule instead of using a long list of ingredients. The capsules have very little taste or odor, and I have not experienced any noticeable side effects while taking them. I have noticed a modest improvement in my energy, although it is still too soon for me to say whether the supplement is making a significant difference overall. I have also noticed that my skin seems a little healthier and smoother, but I would want to use it longer before attributing that specifically to this supplement.I appreciate the USA manufacturing and third party testing, which gives me some additional confidence in the product. The one month supply is convenient, although I wish there were more capsules per bottle since this is something I would expect to take consistently over time. Seems to be helping my fatigue
I struggle with chronic fatigue and am constantly looking for supplements that can help give me the energy to get through the day. This seems like its actually helping a little. While the improvement is subtle, like maybe 5-10%, its enough for me to want to continue using it.At the current Subscribe & Save price of about $24/month, its a little more expensive than I’d like, but still pretty competitive, especially because it adds the Pterostilbene. I usually pay a little lower for my NR, but it doesn’t include additional energizing ingredients and I think the addition of the pterostilbene is likely what is making the difference for me.The bottle is only about a quarter full, so I wish ProHealth would use more appropriately sized bottles not only so that it fits in my cabinet better but also so that it wastes less plastic (ideally I’d prefer these be in glass because we all have too much microplastic in our lives). But other than that, this seems like a good supplement for me.The capsules are on the smaller side of average. There is a slight odor but its not unpleasant, and little to no taste.The bottle I received in June 2026 expires in September 2027.
