Let’s just get this out of the way from the top, there is no evidence that taking Quercetin every day has the same benefits as the Senolytic protocol from the Mayo Clinic. Please be sure to read up on this protocol and take this combined with Fisetin in the on off / cycle proven by science.The rationale is that senolytics work by clearing senescent cells in pulses, not through daily accumulation. Continuous dosing isn’t more effective and may actually reduce efficacy.I personally pay for and have used other ProHealth supplements for a long time and I find them to be high quality. Just be sure you are using them correctly!

ProHealth Longevity brand of Pure Quercetin is a supplement that is supposed to support Healthy Aging, Cellular Health, and Antioxidant Health.Like any supplement it is always good to discuss the product with your healthcare provider before taking. The ProHealth Longevity brand is a highly regarded supplement producer, with U.S. based research and GMP manufacturing which is FDA registered. They have a 35+ year history of an A+ rating from a well-known business organization and finally rigorous 3rd party Laboratory Testing of all their products. This gives me confidence in this company and the products they make.

“A” grade overall–Published test results but potentially murky complex
So far, I like this product. I take quercetin every day. It’s a well known senolytic that is currently enjoying windfall popularity in the mito/cellular aging communities. Known for mitochondrial energy and wellness, and strong antioxidant and anti inflammatory effects are well documented in NHI papers.Looking into the company, this appears to be US based, and best of all they provide test results from an accredited lab on their product page. Huge plus there. HUGE. Seriously, it’s time ALL supplement companies put them on their product pages and catalog them (for searching) on their websites.The pills are high quality. Clean and uniform, go down easy. No debris or loose powder and no taste nor odd smells coming from them. Being popular, finding quality offerings with published test results is difficult and these sell quickly without those attributes. Paying a little more for them is well worth it, so I find the value worthwhile.One issue, and I’ve taken a star away for this, is that it is a complex and contains ingredients that likely work alongside the quercetin. This means the 500mg pills they advertise are only about 200mg quercetin. Not a deal breaker by any means, but this should be more clearly elucidated.Overall, I think giving money to producers who publish test results is a good thing. I do recommend this product.

Spectacular quality, US made and third party tested
I am super impressed with this clean, powerful Quercetin supplement. It’s made by a US company (which I love) and it is third party tested with excellent results. Quercetin is anti-inflammatory and supports the immune functions in the body. This powerful clean Quercetin helps to get rid of the “zombie cells” (it’s fort of like vacuuming bad/dead stuff from your body) and that way it keeps your health optimal. I am an athlete and for me, keeping the inflammation low, is extremely important. Wether you are an athlete or just want to become healthier, this is one of the better Quercetin our there (I have tried many). I got both this 30 capsule bottle and the 90 capsule one.

Great formula of Quercetin from a great brand
I have taken Quercetin for many years on and off. This is from a brand I trust, a clean formula, triple lab-tested, manufactured using GMP processes and in the USA. Doctor formulated. Can be used for daily support or for senolytic benefits. I’m new to that process, but have been very satisfied with the effects the few times I’ve tried it, and will likely continue to do so in the future. This is a great, super-available formulation of a very powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory from a quality, well-established USA brand. There are a month’s worth of doses, or several months’ worth of senolytic benefits, from one bottle and it’s priced reasonably for that support.

Simple, clean supplement I feel good about using
I’ve been taking this quercetin for a little while now and it’s been easy to add into my daily routine. The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow, and I like that it’s just a straightforward 500 mg dose without anything overly complicated.I also appreciated that it’s triple lab tested and GMP manufactured, which gave me a bit more confidence in the quality. The bottle is small but lasts a month, which works fine for me.Overall, it feels like a clean, no-fuss supplement from a brand that pays attention to quality.

Good product but not sure it’s worth $1 per capsule.
I’ve been taking ProHealth Longevity Quercetin capsules for a couple of weeks now, and while I appreciate the potential benefits of quercetin, I’m not convinced the price point is justified. At $30 for a 30-day supply, I’m not seeing enough significant results to warrant the cost.That being said, I have noticed a slight boost in cognitive function and energy, but I’m also taking other supplements, so it’s hard to pinpoint the exact impact of the quercetin. If the price were a bit more competitive, I’d definitely consider continuing to take it daily.As it stands, I’m undecided about repurchasing. If you’re looking for a quercetin supplement and are willing to invest in the potential benefits, it might be worth a try. However, for me, the cost-benefit ratio isn’t quite there yet. The product does seem like a quality product though. But it’s the price point that really influenced my rating.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic. That seems like an unnecessary expense, but at least it keeps Amazon from putting their sticker on top of the bottle’s label, usually right over the information I need to read.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.*If used for “daily support” it will last three months. For “senolytic benefits” take six capsules per day for five days, then wait four weeks before repeating. So in either case the bottle will last about three months.The “best by” date on mine is Jul 2027.The slightly larger than average capsules have a pleasant herbal scent and taste (though I can’t be sure if it’s the capsules or the residue inside the bottle), and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says USA manufactured, GMP certified, 3rd-party lab tested, and 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is nice since Amazon does not accept returns on supplements. There is also a copy of an Aanalitical Test Report on the product information page.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I have had good results with quercetin before, and really like this blend.
