Same NMN as ProHealth’s more expensive version – switch to this, you & your wallet will be pleased!
Tollowing is my honest review and personal opinion of this NMN powder supplement from the ProHealth Longevity Store. It arrived and had the usual tamper-evident safety seal under the lid plus was completely shrink-wrapped in plastic. Opening the container, there is no discernible smell/odor and you will see the container is half-full of bright, white powder and included is a tiny scoop spoon. A serving size of one level scoop is 1000mg of “Nexergy” NMN and this should last for 30 days of daily AM use. This is my first experience with Nexergy because all my other NMN products from ProHealth contain Uthever NMN, so I had to Google the difference……. Uthever NMN (developed by Effepharm) is a specific, widely recognized (trademarked ingredient), backed by peer-reviewed human clinical trials. Nexergy MMN (trademarked by ProHealth, so it is an in-house product) is a proprietary manufacturing “process” rather than a specific raw material brand. Also from my research, I came to the conclusion that Nexergy is a much more affordable form of NMN, than the trademarked Uthever NMN. I have been taking ProHealth Uthlever NMN for several months every AM (I cycle between 500mg and 1000mg) and I have no side effects like stomach upset or digestive issues/strange burps from that nor from this Nexergy NMN. It is quick and easy to take and I have taken this mixed in water (basically tasteless) but my preferred method to take this is sublingually under my tongue. I find it absorbs pretty quick – in about a minute or so and the taste is the typical tart flavor NMN is known for. I cannot speak to the effectiveness/extra energy because I’ve been taking NMN already for several months and generally feel great without afternoon tiredness or getting the slumps, but what I can claim to be a fact is that because I have switched to this product now (about a week ago), my energy has stayed just as steady and strong, so this product is 100% legit and works as promised. My energy surely would have dropped if this was not a real NMN product. This product IMO is just as good as the Uthever from the same ProHealth company except for Nexergy is more affordable because ProHealth can produce this in-house and does not have the expense of outsourcing! I am sold on this new, more affordable NMN formula which is formulated and distributed by ProHealth out of California (Made in the USA) and it is 3rd party tested, GMP certified and has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They also put an 800 phone number on the back of the label. I really like the Prohealth company and this new product lives up to its claim and is simply more affordable! Priced at just under 35, I think this is well worth it for the cellular energy it gives. I will stay with Prohealth, but am switching to this Nexergy version of NMN from the more costly Uthever NMN version, as this is much more affordable!!

Powder as opposed to a capsule
Not much to say about an NMN supplement. The ones supplied by reputable (ProHealth – check) supplement companies with a requisite amount of NMN (1000mg – check) per serving typically provide a noticeable (without being overpowering) energy boost compared with days where I do not take the supplement. This one is no exception. The ProHealth NMN Powder mixes well in the liquid of my choosing with no issues, and provides the energy uptick that I am used to seeing. Nice to see an NMN supplement offered as powder rather than the capsules that I am typically used to seeing. Often times I find it easier to simply toss a scoop of these unflavored supplements into my morning drink rather than try to remember to take a capsule later in the day.

High quality, 3rd party tested NMN powder
This is a great NMN powder from a brand I trust. Each scoop provides 1,000 mg of Nexergy NMN, and the formula is very simple with no extra ingredients.I like ProHealth as a longevity supplement brand because they have a long track record, third-party testing, and good transparency around their products. With NMN, that matters a lot to me because purity and identity testing are more important than just chasing a big dose.Nexergy does not have the same level of human research behind it as some other branded NMN ingredients, so that is the main limitation for me. Still, 1,000 mg is a strong dose and the powder format makes it easy to adjust how much you take.I also prefer the powder format for something like this because it keeps the formula simple and gives you more control over dosing.Overall, this is a good high-dose NMN option with strong quality markers and good value. I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This container comes entirely encased in plastic and 1/3 full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more powder in this case, because the container is already small.I wonder when powder supplement manufacturers are going to realize the scoop doesn’t need a reinforced handle? The powder is light enough and the plastic strong enough that it will work with just a flat handle. That will keep powder from getting stuck in the nooks and crannies and then randomly free-falling when it’s right over something I don’t want it to free-fall on (such as my keyboard =) Also, making the scoop rounded will help the powder come out easier. This powder seems to me to be “stickier” than most, which maybe is why it’s one of the messier powders I’ve used.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Mar 2028.The powder has almost no scent or taste.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and packaged and lab tested in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and has a Certificate of Analysis in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I am interested in trying this in powder instead of capsule form. Easier to find your dose (800 mg is mine)
I’ve tried all of ProHealth’s NMN Nexergy capsules but this is my first Nexergy powder. Nexergy is their slightly less expensive, in-house formulated brand of NMN which they can offer us for less because it isn’t the exact NMN formulation that went through human clinical trials. As someone with chronic post-viral energy problems ProHealth’s supplements have saved me many times (not just the NAD pathway supplements btw, I also have shout out to their curcumin for helping my brain fog — can’t find a better one!). I ultimately chose the powder route because I was having a hard time finding my dose with the capsules (all reviewed separately). For me at least, a dose of 1000mg Nexergy (2 x 500mg capsules) made me ansy, or overstimulated, so with the powder I can more deliberately find my correct dose. The powder itself is granular, not the hyperfine type, so it’s not one of those which floats into the air when you open it. The scooper is super tiny with no markings so I’m sort of eyeballing doses. I’m using it in water and there’s no taste unless you use only a very small amount of liquid, in which case I’m not sure how to characterize the taste, slightly bitter but also slightly sweet?? It’s honestly not bad (and I hate, hate bitter). It dissolves fully after you stir it for maybe a minute, so if you want to be sure to get all of it either stir for awhile or make sure to swig a wash of the glass too.I started with a third of the scoop (roughly 330mg) and the second day moved onto a half (roughly 500mg); neither have given me the jitters, which is consistent with the capsules. Yet I didn’t feel much energy either. Then I graduated to 2/3 (660-ish mg) and started to feel it. Finally, I eyeballed about 80% full (800mg), and that’s when I finally felt solid, like the energy was back. So as a mid-aged female of medium weight I’d say about 800mg is my best dose without feeling the jitters. But I realize everyone will be different. Also, I know I’m especially odd because I can feel a dose kick in the same day I take it, while others may need to build up for a few weeks.Finally, as all Pro Health products do, it comes with a 100 day 100% satisfaction guarantee, even if I’ve never had to use it. Everything is made in USA, in a cGMP facility and third-party tested with the results reviewable by us, the consumers. You can’t get much better than that.
