They have been in business since 1988. Their slogan is, “Commerce with Compassion.” All of their products are tested 3 times in the U.S.A. by 3rd party labs. Products are evaluated for authenticity, purity, potency, and the absence of contaminants like heavy metals. You can view the Certificates of Analysis (CoA) on their website. ProHealth NMN Pro Complete pills are manufactured and packaged in the USA using premium ingredients sourced globally, and they are transparent about who their sources are – like, for example, the raw NMN ingredient (called Uthever®) is sourced from Effepharm, a highly respected global biotechnology company. The owner of the company, Rich Carson, started this company because his health was devastated by a ME/CFS diagnosis. He decided to use his biology and pre-med degrees to try to find ways to help control his condition. Turns out, I also have ME/CFS, so I am super excited to have found this company.So, now that we know that this is a known company, it has been around for nearly 40 years, and it is well respected by health experts as well as users, let’s talk about this particular product…I pay close attention to new info regarding ME/CFS. ProHealth has been around since 1988 and is a BBB A plus rated company with over 35 years in the supplement industry. They use Uthever NMN which is the worlds first clinically studied NMN brand shown in human trials to raise NAD plus levels.The formula combines 1000mg of NMN with 1000mg of trans resveratrol and 500mg of TMG. This is a well thought out stack. NMN boosts NAD plus for cellular energy while resveratrol activates sirtuins the longevity pathways that depend on NAD plus. TMG supports methylation which is important because NMN supplementation can deplete methyl groups. Having all three in one bottle is convenient and actually costs less than buying them separately.I also looked at the broader science to see if NMN is just hype. The honest answer is that the science is real but still emerging. Multiple human trials consistently show NMN raises NAD plus levels and is safe. However a 2025 meta analysis found no clear benefit for muscle strength or metabolic markers. The FDA reversed its 2022 ban and now allows NMN as a supplement. It is not snake oil but the anti aging claims are ahead of the evidence. Perhaps in another year or two the effectiveness will be demonstrated in clinical testing.The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant taste. I have noticed slight improved energy levels since starting. The 3 pack provides a 6 month supply at about 232 dollars which is premium pricing. I am giving 4 stars because the quality is excellent but the price is high and the marketing leans on benefits that are still being studied.

Nice combo, great ingredients effective for me
I really love this product and, as I’ve mentioned in other reviews, ProHealth is one of the supplement brands I trust most. What I particularly like about this formula is that it combines NMN, trans-resveratrol, and TMG/betaine (glycine) in one product. I take NMN as part of my NAD+ support routine, and I like having the resveratrol and TMG included rather than having to purchase and manage several separate supplements.I also appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the formulation. The use of Uthever NMN is a plus, and ProHealth’s emphasis on testing and ingredient quality/monitoring always gives me confidence in what I’m taking.The three-month supply is convenient, although the recommended serving is four capsules per day, so that’s something to keep in mind. The capsules are easy enough for me to take, but four per dose is definitely more than some others. I still take these supplements regularly, however, because I notice if I do not take NMN nearly immediately. My energy levels drop and I just feel a bit off. This formula is excellent overall and I can’t say anything other than it has been effective for me. There is no noticeable taste or smell to the capsules, even when you take four.My only real hesitation would be the price. It’s a significant investment. That said, I’m willing to pay more for a formulation I really like and a brand I trust, and I think the quality and combination of ingredients help make the cost more understandable. I’d still love to see the price come down.Overall, I really like this product and the brand and the fact this is a combo and a three-month supply.
