FULL-SPECTRUM olive oil supplement that readily provides 3rd-party testing & transparency

The following is my honest review and personal opinion of this olive oil supplement from the ProHealth Longevity company. It arrived safely and the whole battle was shrink wrapped in tight plastic with an additional safety seal under the lid. It’s a big bottle because each individual oblonged shaped soft gel is also on the bigger than average size! The first thing I did was read the other ingredients list and was very pleased to see there’s no fake food coloring (blue #2 dye) in here! Another olive oil brand I had used food coloring to dye their capsules green! (Yellow + blue = green). The one thing you will notice though is that these oblong-shaped gel caps are quite large! The bottle contains 90 and they suggest a serving size of three per day making this last 1 month. It doesn’t say all 3 need to be taken at once, so to make it easy and convenient, you can take one with each meal of your day. People who follow the Mediterranean diet or take olive oil supplements do so because it is suggested that olive oil helps with heart health, brain health, inflammation and blood vessel support and also offer antioxidant support. ProHealth uses organic extra virgin olive oil from the cold pressed fruit and they’ve also added olive leaf extract and olive fruit extract as supporting, synergistic agents (This is why they call this a full spectrum olive oil because it contains the oils for more than just the fruit alone) – Please look at my uploaded photo, you can see the oil and then some brown stuff which I’m assuming is leaf extract…. After I squeezed it onto the white paper, I licked it up and it is quite potent and concentrated tasting. Not mild like most plain olive oils. This stuff is legit! My personal reason for using this is that I’ve recently been diagnosed with having Sjogren’s syndrome (one’s immune system attacks the moisture producing glands in the eyes and mouth) and I recently started taking astathanxin supplements to help alleviate my dry mouth and dry eye symptoms. When taking astathanxin, you must take it with a fatty supplement or a fatty meal. At those times, when I’m not hungry, I simply combine my astathanxin gelcaps with this olive oil supplement which provides the needed fat to help metabolize and utilize the astathanxin. I’m very hopeful this will help me with my dry mouth/gritty eyes, but I know the results can take many months to show themselves! Although these capsules are very large, I have no problem swallowing one at a time with some water. If these are too big for your liking, you can puncture one of these capsules and just squirt the olive oil directly into my mouth. Personally I love the pro health longevity company and have many of their items. This company is fully transparent and third-party tests their supplements and does not hide these results where you have to go digging for proof! For some people taking three per day might cause stomach upset or diarrhea, but my body is pretty used to processing supplements and I’ve had no adverse reactions whatsoever!
