Good supplement company. 3 day reset.
Pro health is generally a supplement maker I find to be of good quality. Not necessarily good value, but definitely good quality. I have included them in my stack off and on and always to good effect. Senolytic is apparently the new anti aging buzzword and this supplement houses many of the hot anti aging supplements into a single supplement. Which is kind of awesome. But this pill bottle is 30 pills, and that is enough servings for…. 3 Days. Yep, the serving size is 10 pills. Ok, so that by itself was shocking. But after doing a bit of research, I have come to understand there is a body of, well, “research” that suggest you can do a Senolytic detox of sorts, and essentially shock your system once a month into a more balance being. The concept here is you do this once a month for three days. When viewed from that lens, the price isn’t as shocking for a 3 day serving. IN fact, this is apparently pretty reasonable for this type of supplement and approach. So how did my three day shock go? on day 2 . Don’t really notice much other than it is hard to add 10 more pills to my already enormous supplement stack, but I am intent to get through it. I may not see the same benefit as others as I have many of the included ingredients elsewhere in my stack so I did go off them the past two days. Point being perhaps some of the benefit will be lost on me.TLDR – ProHealth good, reputable supplement company. Buy from them with confidence. If you are interested in this particular Senolytic reset, I would give it a shot. it’s from a real company, that does real supplements.

You do not take ten a day all month, just for three days in a row
ProHealth is a legitimate manufacturer. The “Rapid Reset” is based on research. You can look it up. Instead of a pill every day for a month, it’s 10 pills for 3 days straight. Wait a month and repeat. According to research that works better and is also safer because of what is happening in the body. The senescent cells aren’t doing us any good but because of upregulated pro-survival pathways, such as the Senescent Cell Anti-Apoptotic Pathways (SCAPs) they do not want to die. The ingredients in this interfere with those pathways briefly allowing the unwanted cells to die. It really does check out.If you hear “three pills” for this price it sounds outrageous. If you hear it is a month’s supply, and it IS per the directions, it’s not cheap but not wildly expensive, so it’s how it’s worded, if you will. It is a month’s supply with a very special way to dose it.Noted no problems though 10 pills is a lot to swallow. Only do it for three days and see if it helps. Be good to do it more than once, but may notice some pluses just once and will at least let you know if you can handle the regimen.Had no negatives. Already use a lot of supplements and do a lot so not a massive change that I noted but it’s probably partly dependent on what you normally do to see the degree of results. Legit company. Legit research. Talk to your doctor and see what he thinks.

BIG EXPENSE, MODERATE RESULTS!!!
The ProHealth Rapid Reset Multi-Senolytic supplement is unique in that the manufacturer recommends you take 10 capsules a day, for 3 consecutive days, then wait 4 weeks before repeating. Thereafter, take monthly.For that long wait in between doses, I didn’t get the amazing results I expected. In fairness, I did experience a tad more zip to my step, but my Energy Level didn’t dramatically improve.The capsules seem to be of good high Quality, and I was very impressed that the product label shows the Quantity of each Ingredient you get with each recommended dosage. And with those ingredients, the Health Benefits can potentially be great!This product is VERY expensive!!! You need to totally commit to the large amounts you need to consume and then the long length of time you are supposed to wait before taking them again. If you get incredible results, then you may find it well worth it. It just didn’t live up to the high expectations I had, especially for that price!!

High quality, targeted high-intensity supplement to clear out the “zombie” senescent cells
ProHealth is a spectacular quality supplement company. I use other of their supplements. This Rapid Reset supplement is like targeted, high-intensity “attack” on your senescent cells (also known as zombie cells, sort of cells that cannot self-destroy and stay in your system, like trash in your house that is never cleaned up). This supplement targets these cells, in three days, 10 pills a day, you do an intense attack and get rid of the zombie cells. That itself should promote longevity, tissue regeneration, and anti-aging. These pills are easy to swallow, they have no weird aftertaste, and they have solid ingredients, that are triple tested. This targeted “attack” should be repeated on a regular basis, every 4-6 weeks, and here lies the disadvantage: it gets pretty expensive. Some people may experience tremendous results really fast, but those of us who live pretty healthy lifestyles, it feels like the experience is not as dramatic. Maybe I felt I had more energy, but it didn’t feel like it was $65/month amount of energy. However, if you feel like you don’t live the healthiest lifestyle, not eating the healthiest nutrition, you probably will feel big results. I am very aware of the science behind the zombie cells so I know it is a great thing to get rid of them, and I just hope this supplement did it. I may repeat it again just to see if the second time will give me some more substantial feelings of feeling much different or much better.

Made me feel years younger almost immediately, and it has lasted
These had a profound effect for me, taking as directed per the label instructions. I immediately noticed less brain fog and more restful sleep, feeling amazing after waking on day 2 and onward. My joints ache less than they have in years, and I seem to have just a little more cardio stamina without changing anything in my routine other than taking these for 3 days. One odd side-effect I did notice…certain bodily fluids turned a bright, almost fluorescent green for those three days and a couple following. No ill effects from that however, and it returned to normal after a few days.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic. That seems like an unnecessary expense, but at least it keeps Amazon from putting their sticker on top of the bottle’s label, usually right over the information I need to read.This bottle comes about 1/3 full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.*If used as directed it will last one month. There are 30 capsules in the bottle. You take 10 capsules per day for three days, then wait four weeks before repeating.The expiration date on mine is Jul 2027.The slightly larger than average capsules have a pleasant herbal (?) scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says none of those.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but I am impressed with this blend, including the absence of fillers and flow agents that many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.I have used a number of ProHealth products in the past, and they are one of the supplement companies I trust. I don’t know if I’ll have to wait a month to see if this helped, or if I need to take it multiple months in a row. This seems like a high quality product from a reputable company. This is a one month supply. 30 pills to be taken 10 a day for 3 days. I have to admit I don’t know how long you take these, if it is supposed to be something that you do indefinitely to keep up with removing damaged cells. I would need to do more research and I haven’t at this time. The price is a little steep and that is the only drawback that I can see for this product.
