Improved Energy Levels & Sleep. These Lozenges … My New Favorite Form of NMN!
I love these lozenges! They melt easily and have a refreshing taste and flavor. I feel that they are just as effective as the 150 mg or 250 mg capsules/tablets.When I first began using ProHealth NMN (250 mg extended release) tablets, I definitely noticed a difference in my daytime energy levels and better sleep within about 10 days. After one month, I tried the 150 mg extended release capsules and at 2 capsules a day, I have see a continued slight improvement in both energy and sleep. I prefer the capsules to the tablets because of better daily dosage control and for me the capsules are easier to swallow.My current plan is to use both the lozenges (which is not extended/delayed release) and the 150 extended release capsule.I’m also very happy with ProHealth (the seller). When I had a question about their NMN, I got through to a representative on the first try and got very courteous and efficient service.

Easy to take sublingual
After reading about all the myriad effects of this product in the ProHealth Longevity articles, I decided to add it back into my regimen. I had been on this before and had run out. I have had CFS and Lyme disease for almost 30 years and so my body needs extra help in repair. I have been reading the Pro Health articles and using their products for many years and so I know that they are of the highest quality. I like that this is sublingual so I can pop it under my tongue before I even get out of bed in the morning. It dissolves nicely and has a pleasant taste. I plan to use this for a long time.

Love the results!!!
I’ve been taking NMN for 6 months now and notice a huge difference in my health from when I began. Achy sore knees for 3 years having improved 80%. After about 6-8 weeks I noticed the fat burning kicking in and weight has been staying off even with cheat days and happy hours! I take 500 mgs per day first thing in the morning instead of splitting it up and find it works as well as twice a day, and, I don’t forget to take the second one which is what usually happens. I tried 250 mgs per day when I started for the first 3-4 weeks and felt it really kick in when I bumped it up to the 500 mgs. I also work out 5 days a week with cardio and weights and have had my shoulder rotator cuffs stop hurting even when I do heavy dumb bell chest presses.NMN may not work for everyone, and everyone may not get the results that I am, but it absolutely is working for me.

Convenient
It is very convenient to take this supplement, just put a tablet under my tongue, no more messy scooping of the powdered form of the supplement. However, the tablet form takes longer to dissolve as it has other ingredients aside from NMN. This I guessed is needed to form them into a tablet.

Noticable Difference, Unsure Lozenge Format Necessary
Like Nicotinamide Riboside, this seems to work best if taken at night.To that end, I’m not sure it matters whether it is under the tongue, as here, or some other brand swallowed “down the hatch” style before sleep.But it tastes good, like a faintly-citrus mint, and (placebo effect aside) I have noticed a difference, specifically in mobility but also general well-being when taking this. I’m reordering this.

Excellent company and product
I’ve only used the product for less than two weeks, but from what I can tell, both the product and the company (ProHealth) are excellent. I’ve seen an increase in energy and physical stamina, as well as a reduction in joint pain. I would love it if there are more anti-aging benefits–time will tell about that. I remember that David Sinclair said in his book that it may take months to see full benefits. The product is expensive, but the quality controls are good, which is particularly important to me. I was concerned about the NMN being made in a lab in China, but after speaking with ProHealth and learning about the quality and purity testing done in a US lab, I felt reassured. Also, ProHealth states that the lab in China is the same one used by David Sinclair. I plan to keep taking.

Best NMN on market
These Lozenges are the best on the market. I did alot of research before settling on this brand, for purity, and 3rd party testing, etc. I have been taking these for a little over a week, and I can tell a difference in my skin and energy. I am so excited to see changes to come. Other reviewers gave negative reviews due to the lozenges not dissolving. I do not understand these negative reviews. The lozenges are not quick dissolve…just have some patience. They taste good, slight lemon taste. The pay off is worth it to me. I can not swallow pills, and the powder is not for me…these lozenges are the best. About to reorder.

Too expensive
I’ve been taking these pills and just for two months now. People complained about how long they take to dissolve, but I actually like that they take a long time. it’s like getting a sweet snack that lasts for 10 minutes. I haven’t noticed any difference except that I don’t get tired during the afternoon. But I attribute that more too my changing my diet to intermittent fasting. I no longer eat breakfast and start my eating window at noon. I have a lot more energy in the morning because I am hungry and when you’re hungry your body is more alert. I also cut out caffeine which causes crashes. So this nmn combined with the intermittent fasting and no longer consuming caffeine has given me more energy. Supposedly this stuff takes six months straight before you see a difference. This is a very good brand and certified lab tested so I’m confident with it. It is just too much for me to spend a month so I am switching to the powder form by the same brand, ProHealth NMN Pro Powder (15 Grams) Nicotinamide Mononucleotide. It’s around the same price but will last two months. I feel more confident with these because the nmn does not have to get by stomach acids and is mostly absorbed sublingually. But I’m going to try the powder for the remaining four months and hope for the best. But so far so good and I plan to stay on this for the rest of my life. I was also able to convince my doctor to prescribe me metformin. So hopefully this year I will see a significant change overall by the end of the year.
