I have taken NAD boosters (either NMN or NR) for over 4 years now. I have tried different brands but ProHealth is one of my favorites. This particular formula, ProHealth NAD triple boost is probably the most complete anti-aging combinations I have seen in one supplement.I will just briefly describe what the ingredients contribute to this NAD booster.* B vitamins – your body needs them to effectively use NAD. The B vitamins included in this supplement are in their naturally active state, ready to be used by the body and don’t require methylation.* Magnesium – helps to synthesize and use NAD effectively* NMN and NMNH – both precursors to NAD. NMNH is the reduced form of NMN and is not only a powerful NAD booster and has been shown to reduce inflammation.* Tryptophan- works in conjunction with other ingredients to raise NAD.* Apigenin – prevents the breakdown of NAD.* Pterostilbene, Resveratrol and Passion fruit – all powerful antioxidants that work synergistically with NAD ousters and activate sirtuin (longevity pathways).*Fenugreek – optimizes mitochondrial function and may help prevent muscle wastingThis is a great product but it’s also pricey. The bottle contains 90 capsules but the directions say take 3 per day so it’s only a 30 day supply. The NMN 500 mg. is the amount of NMN I take each day. However, if you are new to this supplement I recommend starting with one capsule, then two to help your body adjust to it. I also recommend taking it in the morning because I feel like it gives me energy. The only negative to this product is the price but you are actually getting a very complete, high quality anti-aging stack in 3 capsules.

Strong formula with excellent transparency
There are a lot of NAD+ products on the market right now, so I tend to look beyond the marketing and focus on the formulation and transparency. This one checked several boxes for me.The combination of NMN, NMNH, apigenin, trans-resveratrol, and pterostilbene is more comprehensive than many of the NAD+ supplements I’ve looked at. Rather than buying multiple separate products, it’s nice having several commonly paired ingredients combined into a single formula.One thing ProHealth consistently does well is transparency. Every batch has publicly available testing documentation, which is something I wish more supplement companies would offer. It’s easy for brands to make quality claims, but providing actual documentation goes a long way toward building confidence in the product.The bottle arrived properly sealed and included both a foil seal and shrink wrap around the lid. The capsules are on the larger side, but I didn’t have any trouble taking them and there was no noticeable aftertaste.I also appreciate that the company discloses the specific branded ingredients being used. Seeing ingredients like Uthever NMN, UthPeak NMNH, and Veri-te trans-resveratrol gives a clearer picture of what is actually in the formula compared to products that simply list generic ingredient names.As with most supplements in the longevity category, I’m not expecting dramatic short-term effects. For me, products like this are more about ingredient quality, formulation, and consistency over the long term than immediate results.Overall, this is one of the more thoughtfully assembled NAD+ formulas I’ve come across. Between the ingredient stack, published testing results, and level of transparency, it feels like a premium product that does a good job justifying its price-point.

Very high priced, but includes ingredients that are commonly expensive from other brands as well and this is also a brand I’ve used before and can trust. Plenty of info on the manufacturer for me to be able to trust that the supplement is safely produced and has the correct ingredients without weird fillers or additives.Pills are reasonably sized and easy to swallow. No taste or odor, so no worries if you’re sensitive to supplements or have a hard time with capsules. Had the correct number of pills and everything was intact inside the bottle. No breakage or damaged caps. Intact safety seals on the bottle for assurance, plenty of time on the expiration.

Such a unique blend with cofactors
I’ve used a lot of NAD boosting products and this one is one of the best that I’ve tried. I think it’s because they use such a unique blend of NAD and ATP boosting ingredients. I really like that they use fenugreek as well, which you can slightly taste in the capsules.I actually went through this bottle so fast because I was taking it daily and enjoyed it so much. I will continue to purchase it despite the cost because it is so highly effective.The pills are medium size and easy to swallow. There were no weird side effects or stomach irritability. I found them to be a good value for the price and worth the money.

But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely wrapped in plastic and about 2/3 full.If used as directed each bottle will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Aug 2027.The capsules have a scent that reminds me of caramel. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. These say 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and USA manufactured.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and there is analytical test report in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site.
