Extremely high concentration, not for normal person
I don’t think the average person ought to take this kind of supplement, and definitely not regularly. If you have a deficiency or absorption issue, then this amount of B12 MIGHT be okay for you. I am one of those people, so I got this to see if I could go off my b12 shots and use this instead. I am not certain yet, but I am happy there are so many different forms of b12. You also need to make sure you eat food before taking this. The flavor is okay. It’s a mildly chalky, mildly cherry flavor.The current price is $39.95 for 120 lozenges. While that seems expensive, it is because of the large amount of b12.

Very nice presentation, and I do like bottles stuffed with cotton. Rattling is no fun.The buttoncell-like lozenges have a slightly less smell and taste, but it’s not bad. You can tell they tried to sweeten it up a bit, almost like a sweet tart. The instructions say to stick it under your tongue and wait for it to melt … Good luck with that. It’s a very dense pill, and will take forever to melt. They are dense, and I would not recommend biting them. I just swallow with some liquid… They’re not very big.Overall satisfying experience, but the directions are a little silly.

I like the energy and mood boost I get from taking vitamin B12. I normally take it right before my daily workout and can definitely feel the boost it gives. These are high quality and pretty small lozenges that you simply let dissolve in your mouth. You don’t chew or swallow them. They do dissolve fairly slowly but have a very mild and pleasant flavor. Definitely not medicinal or unpleasant in any way.Letting them dissolve in your mouth helps your body to absorb it in a consistent and controlled manner. The dosage is one tablet per day so you get about a four month supply in a small bottle. This is a highly concentrated form of B12 so don’t take more than one tablet per day.
