good rhodiola supplement
I have been taking rhodiola for about a year now to help manage stress. This is my first time trying this brand. I cannot really say too much about the efficacy, as it is probably too early to tell, but it seems to be similar to other brands I’ve tried. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and I have not had any adverse side effects. In fact, I’ve been feeling pretty good since I started taking these. Although I like that the description for these pills shows lab test results that these pills indeed contain rhodiola, I can’t tell if these are manufactured in the USA or elsewhere. The pill bottle doesn’t contain any information. I would give this rhodiola 5 stars, because it is a good price for rhodiola. However, I am deducting one star due to the ambiguity of where this supplement is made.

I was interested in taking Rhodiola to help with perimenopausal symptoms including brain fog and fatigue. I have been taking this supplement for almost a month. I would say that my fatigue is less, but my brain fog has not improved.There are 2 capsules per serving, although the “Suggested Use” on the bottle suggests you may want to start off with 1 capsule at first to see how well you tolerate it. According to Healthline, it is best to take Rhodiola earlier in the day to avoid potential sleep disturbances, because it can be mildly stimulating.I take this supplement in the morning and lunch, and did not experience any negative effects.I appreciate that this supplement is tested by a 3rd party.

I’ll get into details below, but lets start with the basics:Pros:- easy to take- less than $1 per serving- unflavored- Promising studies about reduction in stress/fatigure- Third party tested, USA madeNeutral:- while there are some early studies, there are not enough large controlled studies about all the purported benefits of this. So it’s currently hard to recommend it based on the initial hype.Overall though, I do think this has helped a little bit with stress this past month. Recommending it, but I’d suggest reading up the latest studies to see if there is more conclusive evidence of the benefits of this product.
