Following is my honest review and personal opinion of this NMN supplement from the ProHealth Longevity Company. It arrived and had the usual tamper-evident safety seals. Opening the bottle, there is no discernible scent/odor, BUT only the bottom third of the container is filled with 30 white powdered capsules. My one pet peeve is that if manufacturers used smaller bottles, they could pass the savings cost of “less plastic” onto us, the consumer! Anyway, a serving size of one capsule provides 500 mg of Nexergy NMN and this bottle should last 30 days. This is my first experience with “Nexergy” NMN because all my other NMN products from this same ProHealth company contain “Uthever” NMN, so I had to Google the difference….BTW, NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) is a direct building block used by your body to create NAD+ and by boosting your NAD+ levels, it restores cellular energy, supports tissue repair and promotes healthy aging. Uthever NMN (developed by EFFEPHARM) is a specific, widely recognized and trademarked ingredient backed by peer-reviewed human clinical trials, whereas Nexergy MMN (trademarked by ProHealth, so it is an in-house product) is a proprietary manufacturing process, rather than a specific raw material brand. Also from my research, I basically just came to the conclusion that Nexergy is a much more affordable form of NMN, than the trademark Uthever NMN. Personally I take high dose, which means I take 2 of these capsules a day (1000mg total), so this bottle will last me 15 days, instead of the one capsule per day suggested intake making it last 30 days for other people. There’s no side effects like stomach upset or digestive issues or weird burps and the capsules don’t have any taste and go down easily with several swigs of water. I cannot speak to the effectiveness/extra energy yet because I’ve been taking NMN already for several months and generally feel great without afternoon tiredness or getting the slumps. I feel though that this product is top rated (used in university longevity research) and I def. never had any energy-crash feeling by switching from Uthever to this Nexergy so I can say with 100% assurance that this stuff is quite effective at delivering what it promises! I also just received this exact formula also in the 300mg caps as well as the 1000mg caps – so I have a good supply at hand 🙂 Formulated and distributed by ProHealth out of California (Made in the USA) and it is 3rd party tested, GMP certified and has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. They also put an 800 phone number on the back of the label. I really like the Prohealth company and am sure this product will live up to its claims! Currently on sale for under $18, I think this is well worth it and in time (if I continue to feel great), I will stay with this Prohealth brand, but just switch to their Nexergy version of NMN and away from their more costly Uthever NMN version, as this is much more affordable!! I love it 🙂

I kind of had high hopes for this longevity supplement.I’m not feeling any different energy wise… but maybe I need to give it more time?It’s not inexpensive so I probably won’t be ordering again.But, if others have had a different experience, I wouldn’t be surprised, as it looks like the packaging and quality are impressive.

Solid NMN Supplement from a Reputable Brand
Pill bottle arrived completely sealed with the seal untouched. Capsule size is manageable overall. NMN amount per serving is comparable to other NMN supplements I’ve taken. ProHealth is a reputable brand, so there’s no concern about what’s in these capsules. With NMN/NAD+ supplements a lot of the benefits are nearly impossible to measure in a short period of time. What I’ve noticed with these products is that the better ones tend to give me a slight, but noticeable increase in energy. I could tell that this product supplied that. So, I’d tend to say that this is probably a decent option for those looking for an NMN supplement.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic and is less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Mar 2028.The capsules have almost no scent or taste. They are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and packaged and lab tested in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and has a Certificate of Analysis in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site.
