   Best health brand on the market

   I have been taking my health and wellness a lot more seriously over the last few years and finding the right supplements has been a huge priority for me. I decided to try out these ProHealth NMNH capsules to help support my cellular health and I am really impressed with the overall quality right out of the bottle. Since I am pretty careful about what goes into my body I always check the labels and I appreciate that the ingredients here are clean and feature the pure Nexergy formulation without a bunch of unnecessary fillers. Sometimes pill supplements can be difficult to swallow but the texture of these capsules is completely smooth so they go down easily with my morning glass of water. Even better there is absolutely no weird flavor or nasty metallic aftertaste which is something I have struggled with when taking other metabolic support vitamins in the past.Adding this to my daily routine has made a noticeable difference in how I feel especially when I am running around playing with my young niece and nephew or pushing through a heavy workout at the gym. The sustained energy I get throughout the day feels completely natural and keeps me focused without any of the jittery crashes that normally come from drinking too much coffee. When I look at the overall health benefits like improved recovery times and just feeling more vibrant on a daily basis I am incredibly happy with the results. Getting sixty capsules with a potent one thousand milligram dose per serving means a single bottle lasts a good amount of time. Considering the premium formulation and how much better I feel overall the value for money is absolutely outstanding and I definitely plan on keeping these in my daily rotation.

   Great quality supplement.

   Overall, from a quality standpoint, this is as good as it gets. Independently tested (though at this price point I would really like to see batch specific testing results) and of course the GMP logo. The biggest issue is that while there is a lot of interest in the supplement there’s not a lot of human evidence to the benefits. There’s also some indication that a higher dose may not actually be better. To be clear, none of that detracts from the quality of this product and if the science ends up supporting the early hypothesis then it may very well be worth it. The issue for me is the value, at this kind of monthly investment I would be concerned unless you can afford the cost.

   I’m 59 and research shows that as we age NAD levels go down significantly. I am trying to help my body in the aging process so I alternate between NAD+ , NR and NMN. I also tend to cycle off and on as some research shows that may be beneficial. I’ve been seeing the research in regards to NMNH and hadn’t really decided if I wanted to try it yet as testing and trials are still in the fairly early stages. But then PRO HEALTH popped up with NMNH and I figured now was as good a time as any to at least try it.This bottle contains 60 capsules at 500mgs per capsule with a recommended dose of two per day.Bottle has lot# and expiration date stamped on bottom of the jar.There is no smell when opening the bottle and capsules are to the small side of average.I tried their 125, 250 and 500 mgs since I do cycle off and on other NAD+ products and this is supposed to work faster. I am now trying these 500 mg capsules at two per day for the 1000mgs. I realize that per research and at my age 1000 would be the recommended dose. As with pretty much any type of supplement in this vein I experienced no side effects nor did I experience any type of boost in energy. But then my body tends to just use supplements like this as running in the background so to speak. I have never been sensitive to any type of stimulant at all. YMMV. I do know that all my blood work is excellent so perhaps I don’t need this yet or like I surmise I just am one who it doesn’t affect physically. Since everyone is different and again limited research on NMNH I can only go on my experience.I really like and trust PRO HEALTH as a brand. I already take several of their supplements. They have a wonderful website and are totally transparent with their third party test results/ COAs. This is mandatory for me with any supplement I take as I am assured of purity and accuracy of dosing/ ingredient amounts. I’d also say if you want to stick with only one capsule per day the price per capsule is cheaper if you order this bottle.IF you are considering trying NMNH I would recommend the powder for two reasons. One you can adjust the dosage if needed and two as I mentioned it is the best price point vs the capsules. HOWEVER if you want convenience then by all means try the capsules.This level of dosing is SPENDY. Four dollars a day. Not sure how long that will be sustainable for many.Because energy has never been an issue for me and I don’t notice any difference I honestly don’t know if I’ll continue with the NMNH or revert back to what I had been using….which is also made by PRO HEALTH. It’s nothing the brand did wrong at all. I can then wait for more testing, information and results to come in. As of now I will give this 5 stars.

   I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic and less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last one month.The expiration date on mine is Aug 2028.The capsules have a light scent and taste, and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and packaged and lab tested in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and there is an Analytical Test Report in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but NMNH is my favorite form to take this, I have had good experiences with this company before, and I like the absence of many fillers and flow agents which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.The price is high for me for one month, but confidence of getting a quality supplement from a reliable company is worth at least part of that, and if it helps meet a goal for taking it, even better!Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

   So NMN was banned for sale as a supplement starting in 2022 because the FDA was in the process of investigating NMN as a new pharmaceutical (aka, prescription drug).  The ban was overturned at the fall of 2025, which is why it seems like new NMN’s are sprouting daily.  NMNH is yet another form of NMN, first synthesized in 2021 and now in the process of human clinical trials (so there’s not much human safety data on it yet). The pre-clinical data shows it has a greater impact on NAD+ levels than NMN, which is why people are now racing to study/market NMNH.It seems ProHealth is on top of this story in every way. While it’s making this discounted Nexergy form of NMNH available to us based on what’s already known, ProHealth has come up with its own special NMNH formulation that it’s apparently patenting and running clinical trials on (that’s the blue label line of ProHealth NMNH also for sale). This is analogous to what they did with marketing their NMNs – offering a premium “blue label” NMN version which is patented and has undergone human clinical trials, while offering a discounted Nexergy NMN version, which hasn’t been tested in human trials. Personally, I think it’s a smart strategy, though one which could only work for a company as trusted as ProHealth. Knowingly taking a cheaper version of something that’s not fully tested in humans would give me pause, but ProHealth has a stellar reputation: made in US, triple third party tested, certificates made available, 100 day guarantee etc etc.Anyway, this 1000mg dose comes as 2 capsules of 500mg. There’s no smell or taste, and the capsules are easy to swallow. I find it super interesting that it doesn’t make me jumpy, whereas 1000mg of NMN totally did.  My personal take-home msg is I’m getting rid of all my NMN and taking NMNH instead, but the broader msg is that this NAD+ pathway is complex and it’s best not to make assumptions without trying – based on my reaction to NMN, I should’ve never tried this but I’m glad I did!
