Having taken many brands, forms, and strengths of NMNH/NAD+, this new form was very interesting. It’s from a reputable company with some good testing behind it. Normally, this type of supplement increases stamina/alertness and decreases stiffness/pain. This is a much more budget friendly form, and given the low cost of manufacturing, it’s likely to be authentic. There were no digestive problems taking this.Several tries with this each produced noticeable dizziness, like you would get from too strong of a dose (according to AI). As someone who has taken high doses from expensive well-tested brands, this was a surprise. Other possible causes for the dizziness were ruled out, and the dizziness lasted for 4+ hours each time this was taken. It’s obviously doing something, was still effective with the stiffness and stamina, but a lower dose of this new form might be better. This happened with one capsule, with or without food, taken morning or afternoon. It’s possible this effect will go away with continued use, but with other options, we may not finish the bottle.

Hope for the Best
As I age, I am willing to try most things to help slow down the process. NMNH is something that is supposed to help produce NAD+. Then NAD+ helps with cellular health. All of this seems like science mumbo jumbo, so these are one of those things you take and hope for the best. The item is easy to use as the pills are easy to swallow with no taste to them. The ingredients list is nice and simple. It is hard to judge if they are effective or not because how do you judge something that promotes cellular health. I have not noticed any difference yet, so, again, I am just hoping for the best.

I’m 59 and research shows that as we age NAD levels go down significantly. I am trying to help my body in the aging process so I alternate between NAD+ , NR and NMN. I also tend to cycle off and on as some research shows that may be beneficial. I’ve been seeing the research in regards to NMNH and hadn’t really decided if I wanted to try it yet as testing and trials are still in the fairly early stages. But then PRO HEALTH popped up with NMNH and I figured now was as good a time as any to at least try it.This bottle contains 30 capsules at 250mgs per capsule.Bottle has lot# and expiration date stamped on bottom of the jar.There is no smell when opening the bottle and capsules are fairly small compared to the average size capsule.I tried their 125 mgs since I do cycle off and on other NAD+ products and this is supposed to work faster. I am now trying these 250 mgs capsules. I realize that per research and at my age 250 would still be a low end dosing but I’m fine with starting low. As with pretty much any type of supplement in this vein I experienced no side effects and no aftertaste. I did not experience any type of boost in energy. But then my body tends to just use supplements like this as running in the background so to speak. I have never been sensitive to any type of stimulant at all. YMMV. I do know that all my blood work is excellent so perhaps I don’t need this yet or I haven’t hit the sweet spot. So is it effective? Honestly not sure. I believe based on research it is I just don’t react to it like most. Since everyone is different and again limited research on NMNH I can only go on my experience.I really like and trust PRO HEALTH as a brand. I already take several of their supplements. They have a wonderful website and are totally transparent with their third party test results/ COAs. This is mandatory for me with any supplement I take as I am assured of purity and accuracy of dosing/ ingredient amounts.IF you are considering trying NMNH I would recommend the powder for two reasons. One you can adjust the dosage if needed and two as I mentioned it is the best price point vs the capsules. HOWEVER if you want convenience then by all means try the capsules…because let’s be honest capsules are much easier than mixing powder.Because energy has never been an issue for me and I don’t notice any difference I honestly don’t know if I’ll continue with the NMNH or revert back to what I had been using….which is also made by PRO HEALTH. It’s nothing the brand did wrong at all. I can then wait for more testing, information and results to come in. As of now I will give this 5 stars.

I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies and some of the lowest. So I try to give a detailed enough review to help you know the company and product better, so you can determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out.This bottle comes entirely encased in plastic and I can see the bottom of it through the capsules, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. I would prefer they put in more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.If used as directed it will last 15-30 days (one capsule 1-2 times per day).The expiration date on mine is Dec 2027.The capsules have virtually no scent or taste and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says 3rd-party tested, GMP-certified, and packaged and lab tested in the USA.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. ProHealth puts their phone number on the bottle as well as an international number. The product information page says they have been operating since 1988 and there is an Analytical Test Report in the pictures. Their ProHealth site is both functional and informative. They not only have customer service, but a chat feature on their site with “longevity experts” who you can chat with about your supplement questions and needs. The bios of their medical advisors are also on the site. There is too much to list, you need to check out the site.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement but like the absence of many fillers and flow agents which many companies say they need to use, while the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Very effective Prohealth Longevity NMNH supplements! I have taken many brands and forms of this particular type of supplements, this is one of the more effective in my opinion! The manufacturer has a very informative website and testing certificates to prove the efficacy and quality of their formulations. The packages and lab test their products in the usa! The only thing I would like to see is the country of origin for the actual product listed on their labeling. The capsules are very unique, they are smaller in diameter than most. They are very easy to swallow. I did not experience any side effects whatsoever with this product. You got a 30-day supply in the container. Dosing is one capsule per day. I generally take them in the morning. NMNH what is claim to increase stamina, alertness and decrease stiffness and pain. I have noticed improvements with all categories after taking this supplement. I have not had any adverse side effects from the supplement.
