Let me start with the nutrition because it’s the most impressive thing about these. If the label is accurate, 48 calories, 12g protein, 2g creatine, and zero sugar in a little bear-shaped gummy is honestly hard to believe. And they don’t have that fake sweetener taste that usually comes with anything sugar-free, so that’s a win.Taste is decent. The strawberry flavor works, though there’s a mild ginseng-like aftertaste that lingers a bit. Not awful, just noticeable. The gummies are chewy, the bear shape is a nice touch, and the resealable pouch actually does its job keeping them fresh.The appeal here is convenience. These cover protein, collagen, and creatine in one quick snack, which is genuinely useful when you don’t have time to mess with a shaker cup. I wouldn’t lean on them as your primary protein source since the per-serving amount won’t get most people where they need to be, but as a supplement to fill gaps throughout the day they make sense.The price is the real issue though. Sixty gummies sounds like a lot until you realize four gummies equals one serving, so you’re looking at 15 servings per bag and about $2 a day. That’s tough to justify for everyday use. More of a “nice to have on busy days” situation than a staple.

I will be upfront that these are not going to win any awards for taste and the flavor is just okay rather than something I look forward to eating. But that is not really why I take them and the combination of protein, creatine and collagen in one gummy is genuinely convenient for cutting down on how many supplements I have to take separately. Getting 12g of protein per serving in a gummy format is impressive and I have noticed the creatine contribution stacking well with my regular gym routine. The collagen is a nice addition for joint support which matters to me. They are easy to take on the go without needing to mix or prepare anything. If you can get past the average taste the functionality makes them worth it.

If these macros listed on the package is true then these are by far the best gummies that I have had macro wise. Flavor wise it is ok. The strawberry flavor is good but it has this aftertaste that tastes like mild Ginseng.For the macros: 48 calories for 12g protein and 2g creatine is great. All other macros added on are a plus. The gummies are also 0 sugar too and doesn’t taste like artificial sugar at all.The gummies are shaped like a bear and are a little bit chewy, but still great.The pouch is resealable so it keeps the gummies fresh.The gummies are a great convenient treat that takes care of my creatine plus some collagen and protein too.Where it falls off is the price.60 gummies and 4 gummies per serving makes only 15 servings and for the price, it is really expensive.I wouldn’t take more than 4 gummies per day since I don’t need to take more than 2g of creatine, so any more would be a waste.It is just nice that the gummies comes with the extra protein and collagen which makes it a quicker way to reach my protein goals.As much as I would like to take them for daily use. Like a much firmer gummy bear
They look like gummy bears but they are as hard as you wish the protein/creatine/collagen would make your physique. Ok maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration or just sad that I aspire to be a toned as a gummy bear… The strawberry flavor is reasonable and I offered some to my biking buddies on an overnight bike touring trip and they tried a few but passed on the seconds. The ingredient list looks good through and they seem like a decent snack for an athletic endeavor. Just don’t expect the familiar teddy bear texture; these are more hard core, or hard to the core.

Or, if you are like me and can’t eat before working out I think one serving of these is a nice way to help fuel your workout. They don’t sit heavy in my stomach like most food does.The flavor is surprisingly good. They aren’t too sweet and they have a nice fruity flavor. The texture isn’t like your typical gummy though. To me, they are more like those jelly candies and a little more dense rather than chewy. But I don’t mind that.The price is a bit much though and would give me pause to buy more. At the time of receipt, for testing and review, these were $33.99. You receive 60 gummies but the serving size is 4 gummies per serving. So, this bag will only last you half a month if you take a serving a day. At that price you would be paying $2.27 per serving. It doesn’t seem like a lot but considering you could eat some eggs and find a decent creatine drink for less I would have a hard time buying these. I did notice that the price has dropped to $22.99 (as of 6/6/26) which is a little better. That brings the price to $1.53 per serving.
