I really like these probiotic and slippery elm women’s gut health supplements. There are 60 gummies for a 30 day supply as the serving size is two gummies. Pineapple flavor and tasty! The gummies can be used to help promote freshness, maintain pH balance and support vaginal flora. In order to see results, you will need to continuously use them. If you skip days or don’t take on a regular basis, the product won’t work as desired. The gummies can also be used for a healthy digestive system and for urinary react health. What is easier than taking two gummies a day to help support women’s health? Nothing, this is an easy way to help maintain yeast levels and feminine well being. I like the packaging as it is more discreet of what it is for and looks like your everyday supplement.

These have a great pineapple flavor (no complaints from my wife or teen daughters) and the probiotic components are identical to the product they have been taking (lactobacillus strains, including acidophilus). The slippery elm is a nice bonus and a good way to keep things regular (in both directions) as its mucilaginous properties can help with gut health and inflammation). The price is right (will be purchasing again). The only downside to these is that pretty much everyone found them to be a bit on the hard side for gummies, and rather sticky (they will get caught in teeth and dental work, though it dissolves reasonably quickly after that). Overall, a great product at an easy-to-swallow price point.

Oh my gosh ,I love The pineapple flavor so much I actually look forward to it each day with the rest of my vitamins . That might be a first for me . I have to stop myself from grabbing one outside of my normal dose. The texture is perfect for a gummy too .I suffer From recurrent uti and have been taking special probiotics with cranberry in them for a while to prevent that. However lately my regular brand wasn’t working as well , so figured I’d give these a try despite not having the cranberry since it has certain probiotics and a prebiotic too that help in that area .Well I havent had Any recurrence since I started Taking these so that’s about the only way I can Gauge effectiveness . Things have been pretty healthy down there and even less dry , thank you slippery Elm . So that’s a huge bonus my previous brand didn’t offer .Overall I’m happy with these so far but would like an option for a deal in bulk since , despite my desire to eat these always every day, the value and convenience is slightly skewed since I don’t want to have to buy them every month and prefer to have extra for a bit less .
