Probiotic with prebiotic supplement
Although I am not giving this a bad rating, this doesnt work for me. I like that it contains several PRObiotics in it BUT, prebiotics are not helpful for people who struggle with SIBO and IBS. I wish I had noticed this contained FOS before ordering and I wish there were more probiotic supplements available that didnt include prebiotics, I know there are plenty of others out there who struggle with issues such as mine.

This product isn’t nsf certified so it’s a bit of a gamble. It doea have great ingredients that have been proven to help gut health. I personally didn’t have any eye opening experience with this product. It may be because I’m a clean eater in general and don’t have any complications. The price is fair so I guess give it a shot. I personally would rather penny up for a nsf certified product if you want a guaranteed product. Just my thoughts.

Sensitive gut approved !
Full disclosure, I started taking these at half the recommended dose since I have a sensitive stomach. I was very surprised, no bloating, no nothing . After a week I started taking these full dose. Again, no major problems, a bit gassy but that’s normal for me.I am so very happy to be able to replenish all the good bacteria in my gut that I lost during a course of antibiotics . I did a little research and found that these gut probiotics can survive the stomach acid . I like the added vitamin D and zinc. I checked what ingredients I didn’t know like fructo Oligosaccharide FOS , was wondering why a sweetener sounding ingredient would be in this capsule but it’s a prebiotic helping out the beneficial gut bacteria. The capsule has some slow release feature.There is 0 sugar.The capsules are surprisingly small, not like those huge capsules. They are easy to swallow and if I take the full dose of two it can be at the same time, very convenient. All in all I am happy with the quality of the product.Here is my only complaint, the font on the small bottle is so small , I struggle to read it even with the strongest readers on. There is no information on the bottle where this has been formulated , where the ingredients are from . There is just the distribution agency out of Delaware .There is a best by date and possibly even a lot number on the bottom of the bottle. The bottle comes double sealed .

Boy, am I happy to get these! I’ve had a tummy that has been off for the past two days, a little rumbly and full of gas and I was looking for a great probiotic to help support my digestive tract. I think I have found it in these. These Happy Health Marketplace probiotic gut restore pro plus is filled with all kinds of great ingredients. There are 11 strains of probiotics in this one pill to help balance a bacteria and digestion in your tummy. They also have vitamin D and zinc in them, which is a bonus. I haven’t taken them long enough to tell a big difference, but I am excited to finish the bottle. The serving size is two capsules by mouth once a day and there are 60 capsules in the bottle. These capsules were easy to swallow and did not have any funny aftertaste. I appreciate that these are made in the USA. I think this is a great product.
