Blended little into my breast milk and we were good to go, no mess, no stress. My baby took it like a champ and didn’t even seem to notice. After a few weeks, I started to notice that their tummy seemed less fussy, and they weren’t spitting up as much after feedings. I was a bit worried about artificial stuff since I’m picky about that, but these probiotics are totally free from artificial colors and flavors, which made me feel a lot better about it. I don’t know if it’s just the probiotics or a combination of things, but my baby seems to have a more settled stomach, and I can tell their immune system is getting some solid support. It’s honestly just one less thing for me to worry about in this whole parenting gig. I feel like we’re both winning.

I’m A Firm Believer In Probiotics!
I am a firm believer in and regularly use probiotics in our family. Probiotics are something that everyone should have daily, but especially if you’ve had to be on medication. Our bodies need probiotics and probiotics, but most people don’t even know that. You are ahead of the game if you are already using probiotics!I also love that this is a powdered supplement so you can mix it into anything that the grandkids or grandbabies are drinking. This boost their immune system and helps their digestive system as well.I’m a firm believer in maintaining good health habits. Not just now that I’m getting older, but coming from a family of people who are overweight, I didn’t want to wait to form careful habits throughout my life.My son was in the Philippines and got very sick, when he got back, we put him on 100 billion CFU’s to get him well again after being on several antibiotics and they weren’t sure they could get him home alive.I love that this does not have any additional artificial flavoring or preservatives added to it.If you want to encourage the bacteria in your babies gut to be healthy from birth, I would start here! Very effective!

not for exclusively breastfed babies
This is difficult for me to administer. It’s a powder so you have to mix it into something. For someone formula feeding that’s not an issue but I am exclusively breastfeeding so I find this just to be very inconvenient. I will wait until my baby is bigger and add this to infant cereal. The amount to add is small. But sticking my finger in it and feeding it to her is just messy and ineffective. This also took a long time to arrive so keep watch on the turn around time. Overall the proven brand is one I trust for high quality but this fell short, a dropper liquid form is just more versatile for this age range than a powder.

Seems like a high quality product and brand, however, I received a product with an expiration date that is a few months from when I received the product. Since it appears to be an older product, I am unsure if this is reducing the effectiveness. I have not seen much effect from the product. Baby tolerates the product well. The servings are very small. I started with half of the recommended dose and the second day bumped it up and baby seemed to have a little bit of gas or bloating but not much. Since then have not noticed any signs of discomfort. Unfortunately, I was hoping the probiotics would help with making stool softer, but I did not notice any change. I do like that there are a variety of probiotics and that it is a high count of probiotic strains per serving. I also like that it is not just for infants but actually for children up to three years of age. Will continue use but not seeing any immediate benefits.

A must for any breastfed baby, and even if you are formula feeding, this will improve your baby’s overall health by ruling out tummy discomforts. Don’t mix it in if the milk is too hot.

I got the probiotics supplement for newborns because it is the most pure version. It is a powder and the only inactive ingredient is potato maltodextrin. It has four strains of probiotics and does not contain lactose or gluten.This comes in a small jar inside a box and there is a tiny scoop included. The weight is 6 g or 0.2 ounces. This is said to be 30 servings. The box I got has an expiration date that is only three months away.It is important to consult a pediatrician before giving this to a baby. Although probiotics can be helpful in some circumstances, they can also cause symptoms, such as bloating.I see that the tablets that are available for older children contain other ingredients. I took a picture of the back of the box so that you can see exactly what is in the powder.
