When I saw this liver cleanse supplement from Pristine’s and read about it, I knew I had to give it a try. I struggle with inherited conditions that make my liver not function as well as it should, and so having something to try boosting it without risking potential damage to anything else is a nice thing. Pristine’s is very clear about what is in the supplement and where/how it is processed. I appreciate that from a company. They package their liver cleanse supplement very well. It arrived nestled in a well-branded and good looking box. It is packaged in an amber glass bottle, instead of plastic. The labeling is clear and easy to read. Everything about it is just nice and speaks quality. It’s really nice that for the price of this supplement, it comes with 60 days worth of the recommended dosing. Most only come with 30 days for the same or more money, and they aren’t doing anything better. The capsules are a reasonable size and easy to swallow. They don’t have any appreciable taste or issues with taking as far as I’m concerned. They’re a little on the moderate to larger-sized, and so you might want to take them with a good mouth-full of liquid. The recommended dosage is 3 capsules per day. I don’t see why you couldn’t split that up across the day. There’s no clear indication on whether they should be taken with or without food. With food likely would reduce risks of any stomach upset, but I haven’t had any issues with that even taking them without food. Overall, this seems like a good product to try if you’re having any issues with liver function or bad values on your bloodwork. I haven’t had a new set of bloodwork ran yet to see if they’ve lowered my values, but I’m feeling good about it and looking forward to finding out.

These powerhouse ingredients, along with the brand presenting third party laboratory testing to sustain the claims of their inclusion in the supplement, make me feel confident that this is beneficial to my health.I have not experienced any side effects in the time I’ve been taking this supplement, and have felt pretty good overall (though again, without lab testing I can’t be certain of a tangible change. In many of the studies mentioned on the above ingredients, patients took these for approximately 8 weeks or more).The dose size is three capsules, and they’re pretty large but still easy to swallow for most people that are comfortable taking pills. They do have a noticeable smell but do not have any taste to them as the ingredients are contained within the capsule. With the included 60 pills, taking the recommended dose, this bottle will last 20 days.The bottle is glass and does not have a child-safe cap so you’ll want to be sure to keep them well out of reach. Most of my medications stay locked in a combination lockbox, but this bottle is too tall to fit inside it so I had to find another location to safely store it.
