Great Price, and A Seemingly Effective Product
I think these vitamin B complex capsules are worth a try. The amount you get of each B vitamin is decent, and they come in methylated forms, which is a big plus. As someone who only responds well to methylated forms of B12 I greatly appreciate this B complex. The quality of the glass bottle, cardboard box in comes in and effort of the brands image at least show they care about distributing the product well. I did not notice any stomach upset, or any weird odor when opening the bottle. I have not noticed a great increase in energy, but have noticed a bit more attentiveness and reduction in my brain fog a bit. I do think the value for the money is quite decent considering the bottle quality and methylated forms of Vitamin B 12, and Folate.

Vitamin B supplements are one of those products that are surprisingly difficult to review. If you are deficient, you may notice a difference. If you are not, you may not feel anything at all. There is really no way for me to know how I would have felt had I not taken this supplement.What I can describe is my experience.I tend to take a B-complex on days when my energy is down and I feel like I could happily take a nap instead of being productive. When I take this one, I feel like it helps me get through the day. Not in a caffeine kind of way, where you suddenly want to reorganize the garage at midnight, but more like a gentle nudge that helps me keep going.Is that scientifically measurable? No.Is it my subjective experience? Yes.The biggest advantage for me is actually something much more practical.It is one capsule a day.Not three capsules. Not four tablets spread throughout the day. Just one.And it is a capsule that is reasonably small and very easy to swallow.That may sound insignificant until you have owned one of those giant vitamin tablets that feels like you are trying to swallow a decorative river rock every morning. I actually have another brand of B vitamins sitting on my shelf that I rarely took for exactly that reason. The tablet was so large that I dreaded taking it. Eventually, it became shelf decoration.This one is the opposite. Small capsule, easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste, and no noticeable side effects.That convenience alone makes me much more likely to take it consistently.Bottom line:Easy-to-swallow capsule, convenient one-a-day serving, and no adverse side effects in my experience. These easy to swallow capsules have all the standard indicators of a quality supplement.They have minimal odor and no noticeable taste or aftertaste.This company package is all their supplements in heavy glass bottles in case in a fancy heavy cardboard box.Like all supplements, it is difficult to quantify what they do since they are for health maintenance and not to cure a medical problem or impact a symptom unless you have a diagnosed issue caused by a lack of sufficient quantity already in your system.So since I already take a number of supplements, I can’t honestly stay that I feel any different but if you think this supplement would benefit you, this product is probably a good choice.I hope this helps. Nice quality B supplement at a very affordable price. The label lists an impressive b blend that makes this a great addition for the daily nutrition routine.The caps are average size, good production quality, should easy to swallow for most people, and carry virtually no smell or taste. I also like seeing the symbols calling out GMP and third party testing. I do appreciate ‘made in USA’ as well. Do note that there is also the flag identifying ingredients are imported.I feel comfortable adding this supplement to my nutrition routine and do plan to reorder.I give this a 4 star rating instead of 5 because of the packaging. The bottle, labeling, and certainly the box are great quality and look very impressive don’t get me wrong – there’s just too much packaging for 60 little capsules. It creates a lot of waste. My biggest annoyance is getting a bottle that when first opened is less than half full. This bottle with mostly air space in it takes up valuable room in my cabinet.Overall I like the product and feel it’s a great option to boost your B vitamin intake.
