Already waiting for my next bottle!
I’m giving these PrimoNourish Grass-Fed Beef Organ Complex 4 stars strictly for the amount you need to take. 6 is so much! However, I absolutely love this product and will continue purchasing these. I have noticed a considerable improvement in my sleep, skin, hair and nails and even energy during my runs. I have tried eating beef liver for a while now but decided to try it in supplement form since, to be honest, I really don’t care for the taste and texture of liver, but the benefits are worth it to me. I have not found a lot of information outside of it’s website but one thing that caught my eye is the fact that they have their third-party tested lab results readily available to read under each product, which you don’t see very often and that says something. Now, as for the results I have personally noticed, I have to say, I am very pleased so far. I’ve only been taking these for 1 month and while I am currently waiting for my next bottle to arrive, I have noticed that my sleep has seen the most improvement since starting these. I went from having a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep, waking all hours of the night, to still having a hard time falling asleep but now waking only once or twice occasionally and being a mom to littles, it’s hard getting good sleep as is. Having better sleep has improved my mood and attitude as well as my energy during my hard runs. It really feels like that alone makes me a whole new woman! lol But aside from the sleep, I have also noticed my hair and nails have become stronger and less brittle. I don’t use dyes or chemically treat my hair what-so-ever, but it’s curly and so it’s much drier, plus diffusing 1-2x a week doesn’t help. I have noticed that my hair has become a bit more shiny but also feels stronger when brushing and styling. I’ve noticed less breakage and less fall out as well. My nails are the same. They have always broken easily and was never able to grow them much and now they’re not only feeling stronger but they LOOK thicker! It’s not a major difference to my typical paper thin nails, but I absolutely see a a difference and I’m excited to see how all three of these and more with change over time the longer I keep taking these supplements. Of course nothing can replace a good diet and hydration, but adding these in, has definitely helped.

Seems helpful, no issues or side effects
My husband has been taking these. They are advertised as supporting energy & muscle recovery. We love that they are grass-fed & made in the USA. He follows a keto diet the majority of the time, and this offers a great source of many vitamins for him, including B12 & vitamin A. He does not experience any side effects & there is no noticeable taste/aftertaste as a result of taking these. The 6 pill serving size is quite a bit, but easy enough to take one at a time. While probably not as effective as eating whole foods, they seem to be effective in supporting his energy, especially when he is also in ketosis. The price is comparable to similar products. Worth trying!

No odor. Haven’t had any side effects from taking these. I can’t tell if they are making me feel any better or not yet bc the serving size is ridiculous. Six capsules is too many. By the time I get these taken and chased down with a bucket of water, I’m def not hungry. Bc of the serving size I don’t take them as regularly as I should. I have heard that beef organ supplements are good for perimenopause so that’s why I keep trying to choke them down. If I am consistent I do notice less severe menopausal symptoms. Overall its a good supplement, I just don’t enjoy taking big pills or lots of supplements so the serving size for this one supplement irks my nerves.

I’m happy to recommend this supplement!I gotta admit that I am a person who is usually open to trying a new supplement-I will try anything that is safe and could possibly improve the state of my physical and mental health. I truly appreciate natural healing through the gifts bestowed on us by our Creator and Mother Earth. I’m dealing with multiple chronic musculoskeletal health conditions and suffer from chronic pain. And as most chronic pain sufferers will tell you, along with the pain and meds for treating it comes fatigue, depression and low mood, Unfortunately I have to take a strong pain med that causes that lack of energy, sad mood, increased appetite and all the other debilitating symptoms that go along with the chronic illness and the treatment of it. I am constantly looking for a natural alternative treatment that will combat those troublesome symptoms. My most troublesome symptom is probably the tiredness. Real tiredness that will cause me to fall asleep sitting up in a doctor’s waiting room, therefore I started my trial of this Beef Organ Supplement. As with most natural and alternative treatments, the effectiveness doesn’t make a strong appearance initially. My experience has been that most I tried take about a good 6 weeks to kick in. Initially the effects from this beef supplement are subtle but as time goes on I noticed a general sense of well being compared to my previous sadness and blue mood, and gradually there’s been a subtle increase in my energy levels. It hasn’t been a long term treatment yet so hopefully with time there will be more positive effects from the beef nutrients. Time will tell. As far as the form it comes in and the ingredients in the capsules, I haven’t experienced any untoward or unpleasant effects. There’s been no burps or stomach upset like I get from fish oil (which I hate). This supplement is full of vitamins and healthy nutrients and is worth the minimal effort it might take for some to get the capsules to worl&k properly. My onlycomplaint is having to take 6 capsules at a time for a dose. Manufacturer, please , there has got to be a better way. My suggestion is for consumers of this beef supplement is to be patient. Hopefully it will be helpful for you over time.

Organ meat is a really good supplement. Especially for your body. I’m just not too fond on the taste or the look of the organs order. These and I have noticed a difference since having my recent blood works done, my doctor recommended to increase my organ and red meat intake.So I decided to give these shot, and so far, have they done the trick

It didn’t do anything for me. I used this daily for a few weeks and had no noticeable difference. I used another comparable product that is heavily marketed to me via social media and that product did provide a very noticeable difference to energy levels and libido. Sadly, this one did nothing for me.

I’m just going to say it – I do not like taking a ton of pills. But you know what I dislike even more? Eating organ meat. (groan… grimace) Well… maybe I like fried chicken gizzards but that’s it!I grew up in a time where liver and onions made regular appearances at the dinner table, and to this day, the smell of liver, heart, or kidney takes me right back… and not in a good way. I know it’s incredibly nutrient-dense (especially for things like heme iron and B vitamins), but actually eating it? I just can’t do it.So finding a way to get those same benefits in a freeze-dried capsule form? That’s a yes for me.These capsules make it much easier to incorporate organ-based nutrients into your routine without having to commit to a full meal of it. You’re still getting those bioavailable vitamins, minerals, and cofactors, just in a much more manageable format.Now, let’s be honest for a second:These DO have a scent and it ain’t cupcakes, but it’s not overwhelming. It’s just definitely there and very recognizable if you know what organ meat smells like. I’d recommend taking them quickly with a drink (maybe don’t sit there contemplating your life choices while holding them).As far as results, I haven’t noticed anything dramatic yet. I ordered this to replace another one I was taking from New Zealand that is much costlier.I don’t eat meat..except some types of wild caught fish, so this for me is necessary as my Iron is always low–since forever.So I take the capsules and try not to think of what I just swallowed. I don’t really taste anything because I don’t let the capsules linger on my tongue like it’s candy.These capsules are an ‘all-in-one”, whereas with my previous New Zealand brand, I had to order 4 different bottles–one for liver and each type of meat, etc. Of course, I got more mg of each that way but I don’t know that I need that many milligrams of each type of meat. The PRIMO NOURISH bottle also costs me much less!I don’t have a gallbladder, so I have to take Enzymes, etc with this supplement.I literally mostly have noticed a difference in my skin tone and immune system! I watched almost EVERY flight attendant around me get some bizarre flu in January and we had over 150 sick calls in ONE Jan week which made the news, while I did NOT get this Flu thing that went around!!!!! I thought I would get sick for sure because I have Hashimoto’s and borderline Celiac, so my immune system is permanently low. This capsule works for my immune system. I also took another iron blood test in Feb after taking these for around 14-16 days (lost track) –and my iron is back to NORMAL!This supplement works for me, I had to work this into my daily routine…I am convinced by my recent labs!
