We’ll start with I’m 53 and at thst time in life where urinating can be difficult. I tried this natural prostate support. It claims to help with normal urinary flow. The question, did it help? Not really. I saw and felt no difference at all. Like all meds, results vary. They may not work for me as well as others. An issue I have with these capsules is they recommend taking them about 2 hours after you take any other meds and with food. It is an inconvenience if you are needing to go somewhere. I can say I tried it and now know my doctor and I need to have that “conversation”. I did not experience any adverse side effects. Would I try it again, no. Purchase at your own risk.

In all honesty, there wasn’t any problem before talking this, but we do now recognize a difference in quality and duration. Nice product – have ordered again (on our own dime), and both of us are smiling.=========There was no problem taking this supplement as directed, however there were also no detectable results from taking as directed. Nothing bad, but also nothing good to say about this product. There were no prostate issues before taking it, though, so maybe someone with prostate issues would see a result of some kind. If you’re hoping for some kind of “happy” help, this probably isn’t it.

Men, you getting up five or six times each night to go to the bathroom? You may have a prostate problem, which this supplement is here to help with. Since I started taking it, I have gone from five to two bathroom trips a night. The secret ingredient here is saw palmetto. It’s easy to swallow and has no discernible flavor. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t take it with my other pills. Small price to pay for the joy of sleeping longer during the evening.
