I am always hesitant to purchase supplements through the internet, but I felt confident trying these turmeric supplements from Primaforce because they are CMP and NSF certified, which means the facility has been independently audited, has regular inspections, and has to maintain high standards and documentation. The supplements are also third party inspected, which I feel is important also. I have chronic inflammation, and have been taking tumeric as part of my daily routine for several years. While it is too early to tell if this brand works well, I do appreciate the high turmeric amount in each pill, and that it includes bioperine, which studies have shown helps nutrient absorption. I often feel some stomach “ick” after taking medication, but do not experience that with these capsules.One serving is 3 capsules, which I find easy enough to swallow. This is Primaforce Turmeric with Bioperine, 120 capsules, dosed at 2300 mg per serving according to the label. The capsules are a normal size and easy enough to take with water as part of a daily routine. I like that the bottle lists Bioperine on it and notes third-party testing, since that makes the label feel more transparent. I am not going to claim any specific results because that is different for everyone, but I have had no trouble taking these as directed so far. I was excited to try these. I’ve been taking Turmeric for many years; lots of inflammation – know that the right supplement works. I really like the manufacturer, Primaforce. They take jump through a lot of hoops to be GMP-compliant, NSF-certified facility and third-party tested with their products. Third-party testing is one of the first things I look for when taking any supplement.The pills are not too big, easy to swallow, and do not have any aftertaste. Taking three pills can be a lot, but with the addition of the black pepper it really boosts the absorption of the curcumin. I’ve only been taking it a week, but it seems to have helped some of the aches so is effective even at the lower dose. I am slowly building up to the full 2300 dose, so expect to see even better results as it becomes more effective and possibly helps my blood sugar.At $17, it seems like great value for a 40-day supply. Time will tell if it has all of the positive effects I’ve had in the past.

I ordered these with a little apprehension because I had been taking turmeric in soft gel form for the anti-inflammatory properties. I was concerned the dry form in these capsules would cause digestive upset, but not to worry, no such problem has occurred. These capsules are clear, clean, and the contents are the color one would expect Turmeric to be. The ingredients do not indicate there are any food colorings included. I have been taking them for several days now. The capsules are a medium size and are easy to swallow. I have not experienced any upset stomach or other ill effects from these capsules. The company that markets these is PrimaForce of Vineland, UT. I haven’t found much online regarding PrimaForce, positive or negative, so that is a minor concern.

After a few weeks, i didn’t feel i recovered faster, but did improve is my knee pain, it was very effective for my knee pain. I found myself not reaching for the Ibuprofen on tough leg days. Added to my ongoing regime, very happy with this supplement, 5 stars!
