So, first of all ,the only reason for the missing star is that the capsules were all coated in escaped powder. Not very appetizing, but the powder doesn’t taste bad so it’s fine.That being said, discovering vitamin k2 changed my life. Might have even saved it…Vitamin K2 helps your body reabsorb and redistribute calcium. Also, often times hardening arteries can be caused by abnormal calcium distribution in your body. Now I’m not one to assert that a supplement can treat any specific disease or condition, but vitamins definitely can treat conditions stemming from their absence.I will warn that when I first started taking K2 I definitely bruised more easily than normal, so be sure to check with your doctor before starting any new supplements.And Vitamin K2 also helps your body absorb vitamin D3, so it’s a very effective combo. It’s definitely worth researching. And it’s a 90 day supply, so it’s a pretty good value.
