Great Idea, but the Taste and Texture Were Hard to Get Through
I really liked the idea of these. The gummy format is convenient, and I appreciated the extra product information about being made in an FDA-registered facility as well as the non-GMO, cruelty-free, and gluten-free claims.Unfortunately, the actual experience did not work for me. The flavor is listed as blueberry raspberry, but to me it tasted much more sour than expected, and that sourness did not pair well with the gummy texture. Between the taste and the chew, I found them unpleasant to get through. It also does not help that you need to take four gummies for a full serving, because that means dealing with that flavor and texture multiple times in one sitting.The bigger issue for me was how they sat on my stomach. Since these are sugar-free, they use sweeteners that can be tough for some people digestively, and that was definitely the case for me. Between the taste, the texture, and the stomach upset afterward, these ended up being much harder to use consistently than I hoped.Overall, I think the concept is great in theory, especially for people who like the convenience of gummies. In practice, though, these were not a good fit for me.

The suggested serving size is four gummies, which means the 75-gummy bottle only gives you about 18 servings (under three weeks’ worth). That works out to poor value for long-term daily use. You are much better off sticking with standard creatine powder for your regular routine and saving these for short trips or times when mixing powder isn’t practical.It is also worth paying attention to the ingredient list. While the product page claims “no artificial sweeteners,” the formula uses maltitol. Maltitol is a sugar alcohol derived from natural sources rather than a synthetic artificial sweetener like aspartame or sucralose, but it can still cause digestive discomfort like bloating, gas, or upset stomach for some people. Great taste and ingredients!
I really like the convenience of these creatine gummies. I have never been a fan of mixing creatine powder into a drink, so being able to just take a few gummies makes it much easier to work into my routine. The blueberry raspberry flavor is pretty good and they don’t have the gritty texture that you get with some powders. I also like that they are sugar free. Having 5 grams of creatine per serving makes it easy to know how much I am getting. So far, these have been a much more convenient way for me to take creatine.

Helping me as I lose weight and lift weights- great tasting, too
I’ve been taking these gummies for about a month now and I’ve found them to be really effective. They taste really good (this was a surprise) and I was surprised by the amount in each gummy- when I take them, I take 3 (I only take them on days I lift weights). The texture is good- not too tough. They don’t stick together in the container. Being in my mid 40s, I think it’s helping me feel strong for my workouts and not lose muscle as I lose weight. I was reading that creatine can cause some water weight gain, but I haven’t personally experienced that.

Gummies with stevia and erythritol
You have to consume 4 gummies totaling 40 calories daily. That makes this 75 count container not even enough servings for a month. You would only get 18.75 days out of this container. The gummies themselves have a sweet and kind of gritty texture to them. Because of the fake sugar in them like stevia and erthritol they can have adverse affects on those with sensitive stomachs so beware. You would need to purchase two containers of these just to get 1 month of servings if you are taking it daily. For that reason alone I would say that this is not a great value for the money. They are easy to use because you just eat them.

Works as Intended
I’m not a gym rat or fitness freak or weight lifter, but I do play soccer regularly, so I wanted to see if this would help improve my energy and stamina. The directions state to take one an hour before workout, and an hour after finish, but I don’t go straight home after soccer, and hang out with the homies for a couple hours after our games to down a few forties, so I’m only trying this half-way, and that’s one before I play. Therefore, the results are mixed, but I do notice I more stamina, if not more energy. I just can’t discuss about the recovery since I don’t take one after. The directions also state to take it regularly for 4-6 weeks, then 4-6 weeks without it, and repeat. I’m not going to follow that strict regimen, so I just use it once or twice a week, but not every week, too see if there’s any difference. I will update with a long term review. For now, it’s ok, and 75 gummies for $21 is not a bad deal.

Tasty gummies with illogical formulation.
Just the basics first. They are tasty gummies with a blue raspberry flavor. They taste good and aren’t too sour as long as you didn’t just brush your teeth. They are covered in what looks like granulated sugar, but it is probably a little malic acid to make them a little sour.They are easy to use. Just chew up four. But, you are not done yet. For creatine to be uptaken well, you need a little insulin spike. The easiest way to do that is sugar. The manufacturer says to take it with fruit juice, presumably since stupid people think fruit juice is good sugar and cane sugar is bad sugar.This is where the manufacturer completely fails to formulate these well. They proudly state “sugar-free”, but then they tell you to go buy sugar drink to drink ot with! I don’t know whether to blame the ignorance of the manufacturer or the ignorance of the general population. I suppose some moron would complain if they contained sugar. However, if the manufacturer was really concerned with making the best supplement, they would have omitted the maltitol sugar alcohol syrup, and they could have just used glucose syrup. If they had to fool their moron customers, they could have proudly stated “natural cane sugar for uptake” or “agave syrup”. Either way, these are poorly formulated, so now you have to buy juice or eat a spoon of sugar to get the sugar that was omitted, but then recommended in the instructions.There’s 75 gummies, so enough for 18 four gummy servings. You’ll need two bottles for one month. Clearly powder is the better value, but these are fun to take. It’s you one candy per day. If that luxury is appealing these are great. They contain 5g of creatine that functions well for muscle support and endurance.I think it is a good product that caiters to people too dumb to understand that whether it is fructose from juice or sucrose from granulated sugar, it has the same basic effect. I’ll give it four stars as a good, but imperfect, product.
