Used this product for many years.
This is a white powder form of calcium. I mix it in my juice (or other liquid) in the morning with my vitamin D drops. This product has a tendency to settle to bottom of glass even though you mix it well. I just add a little more liquid to glass and then drink it. This is a natural calcium from coral (sea). It is expensive but lasts a long time as I use only one serving in the morning. I do recommend this. It is easier than swallowing a “large” pill.
