The substance is white and slightly damp once exposed to the air. I have used other brands of potassium citrate without any issues. I opened the product to sample it and compare to other potassium citrate I have used in the past. This batch was salty and metallic. Definitely NOT the same. After complaining, I was given a full refund for this product.
