this is a really amazing supplement for me…. it contains a lot of ingredients in it that I really like including hawthorn berry it is very very effective for me for overall health concerns and recovery….does what I need it to do. and a good value for the price since the dose is for 1 capsule and they give you 150. the bottle looks on the cheaper side but the effects are high quality. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for these ingredients. it’s not for skin does nothing for my skin.

DISCLAIMER: As is the case with most supplements, the effectiveness of this product may vary from person to person.I have used PeakPury supplements in the past, mostly similar to this “All-in-1” supplement. This one is focused on cardiovascular/heart health. As with some other compound supplements, this one is basically centered around one primary ingredient – pomegranate extract in this case – with lower doses/content of other ingredients. The pomegranate content of 600mg is pretty good on its own, so if you look at the other components as an added bonus, this seems like a good value, especially since the recommended daily dose is a single capsule. So far, so good.The downside is that you probably won’t be getting enough of the other ingredients to constitute a full dose of them, which is fine if you only care about them as complementary to the pomegranate extract. For instance, I use(d) other supplements containing some of the same ingredients, so they might add up to what I would consider a full dose when taken in combination. The best example here is CoQ10, which frequently comes in doses of 100-200mg total; here it amounts to 60mg. You probably wouldn’t want to take two or three of the PeakPury capsules to reach that ballpark, unless you know you want a double or triple dose of the other ingredients. Also, some ingredients are present in non-specific amounts as part of the proprietary blend.The quality seems good, the packaging likewise seems good, and PeakPury claims that this is lab-tested and non-GMO, among other things. Like I said, I’ve taken their other products and continue to do so, with the understanding that 1) the effects may not be obvious and 2) even in combination, all of the combined components here may not equal full doses of some. It’s also hard to narrow down which components are effective, because there are so many. Still, the prospect of a single daily capsule is attractive, especially with 150 of them here.

great supplement, 10 in 1 pill! easy to swallow pills, no upset tummy and easy to digest, i take it with food and its made with great ingredients. nothing beats a good multi benefit supplement in minimal pill intake form. no weird taste or smell so I appreciate that.

If you’re into Heavy Metal(s) then rock on, this is for you! If you prefer clean supplements then maybe you should look elsewhere.There are lots of great ingredients in this blend, really good stuff. But the Heavy Metals are not so good. You would need to take detoxing supplements along with this (but you should be doing that daily already). Honestly we would probably stop eating food if we had our meals lab tested as well, but this is supposed to be good for us right?Their own Lab Test shows:<0.1ppm Lead<1.5ppm Mercury (It could even be naturally occurring Mercury)<1.5ppm Arsonic<0.5ppm CadmiumIf you don't understand how terrible Mercury is for you, you probably have brain damage from your Mercury Fillings. There is no safe level of Mercury even though the EPA allows 0.002ppm in drinking water. If the levels in this supplement reach as much as the 1.5ppm listed in their test results, that would be 750X more than what is allowable in drinking water. Just trying to put that into perspective for you.I understand from the manufacturing side of this product its probably hard to source "clean" ingredients, but some people insist on safety.Well packed in a nice dark plastic bottle. Nice packaging and label.I'm really disappointed and will be discontinuing use of this supplement immediately.
