This one’s a keeper
I’ve tried other magnesium supplements before, most recently CanPrev and Sisu. They knocked me out so hard I’d sleep through alarms and feel groggy the next day. But this one is just right. I take it about 2 hours before bed, and it makes me feel sleepy at the perfect time no grogginess the next morning even with only 5 hours of sleep. I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore and I feel properly rested. Plus it’s affordable which makes it even better

Great for sleep and anxiety but caused diarrhea
It’s a good product. I had great sleep while I was taking it , however I had to stop it because it was causing me major diarrhea in the morning. I’m sure it affects everyone differently but for me it wasn’t a good experience.

Quality Magnesium Glycinate
I take about 1000 mg of magnesium glycinate a day because it helped cure restless leg syndrome I had for years. It also helps with all the muscle aches that come with being postpartum. I was taking the now brand magnesium glycinate but at $30 dollars a bottle and sometimes needing a couple of bottles a month, it was getting kind of expensive. So, I searched Amazon for a cheaper alternative that was still high quality. This product fits that bill. I also love that each capsule contains 200 mg verses just 100mg and so I can take fewer pills. Also, just as a note, I only take about 200 to 400 mg at a time because your body can only absorb that much at a time. Also, magnesium glycinate is so much more absorbable than other forms of magnesium. This product helps keep my muscles relaxed and helps me sleep just as well as the now brand and at a cheaper price. Win win for me.
