Perguntas frequentes
Sim — original, novo e lacrado.
- 1 a 3 dias úteis — transporte internacional EUA → Brasil

Consigo acompanhar a entrega?

Next time I’m getting flavored
As far as protein powders go, this one mixes very well and for 120 calories you get 21 grams of protein from non-animal sources. I’m not a fan of whey products, so this plant based protein was a good choice. Unfortunately, I though unflavored meant NO flavor. However, what it really means is that there is no added flavors. So when mixed, it’s a very unappetizing taste as you taste the raw plant protein flavor. It is similar to what dried hay might taste like. So I found out that this also ruins whatever drink you mix it with and adds that dried plant flavor to everything. I should’ve just gone with the vanilla flavor. As a nice bonus, the protein also helps you feel full so this is one way to help cut some calories.

Clean Plant based Protein with Creatine.
Its really rare to find a fully plant based protein powder with so many varied ingredients. This helps cover a much broader range of amino acids than you would usually find in a plant based formulation. The fact that it also doesn’t include a bunch of filler or artificial colors, ingredients, or sweeteners is also big. The compromise is that with only the essential ingredients, the flavor does not stand on its own. It has a much earthier taste that I don’t find as pleasant as a typical whey based solution. The upside, is you are free to keep the ingredient list clean by adding in your own flavors. I like this with some dark chocolate chunks, banana, and peanut butter. One other thing big feature is the 5g of creatine per serving. More brands are starting to get on the same trend of finally including an actually beneficial amount of creatine in their products, and I’m all for it. Saves having to keep an extra jar in the cupboard and saves time in the morning finding scoops. I find the texture to be fine, it mixes easy enough in my shaker, but because of the flavor I’m usually blasting it in a blender with other ingredients anyway. Overall if you’re looking for a good plant based protein powder with a solid amino acids profile AND creatine mixed in, this is definitely worth giving a try.

Good to help with protein goals
Truth be told, my kids already use the Sunwarrior Classic Plus protein powder, so I’m familiar with the brand. We like the brand for its use of mostly clean ingredients and it’s attention to plant based products. My son used to have a diary allergy and I have a dairy intolerance, so plant based is important to us.I use this for myself, because studies are unclear about the use of creatine for kids. I’m not trying to bulk up but make sure that I hit my daily intake of protein in ways that don’t make me feel bloated or overfull. I like this protein powder, because I can mix it in what I usually drink or mix it with doughs, etc, for a little protein boost with little impact on taste. I like to mix it with my morning drink (I can’t drink coffee but drink brewed cacoa), and I will say that I only add a scoop of protein powder to a half pot of beverage, but this ration is great for a little kick of protein without noticing the taste. It does slightly change the texture, thickening it a little, but not too noticable. I use one of those electric frothers and it mixes well with that. I also like to add it to smoothies. I can’t comment on muscle gain with this, but my weight and muscle tone has been about the same, and that’s what I’m going for.One of my hidden hacks is that I add it to baking (muffins, etc) – 1 scoop with 1 cup of dry mix is a good ratio. I also add it to my chia pudding. The small tub isn’t the best value, but it’s good if you’re short on space, or like me, have a few options for powders (mine, kids, etc). Or, if it’s not a flavor/kind you use regularly but use once in a while.

Not for me
I wasn’t fond of the taste. I added it to flavored water, protein shakes and coffee. Even mixing 1scoop of powder with 16 oz liquid, (you’re supposed to use 2scoops/ 16 oz liquid) and using a ninja blender on high, I couldn’t get anything to blend to a smooth consistency. It was gritty and too earthy for me. I couldn’t even gag down 1/2 a drink

Excellent so far!
I’m not an athlete trying to build muscle, I’m an oldie trying to save muscle. Sad story I know!I also try to eat as little meat as possible and still maintain my Midwest protein needs. I was raised on a farm animal diet and transitioning from that has been challenging. So, I thought I’d try this and so far I really love it.At first I was just guzzling it plain to get it down, I really don’t think it tastes bad, but it does taste ‘healthy’ if ya know what that means. Now I sometimes mix with my hydration powder drink and can barely taste this additive that way. It’s very versatile as to what can be added to it flavor wise.It dilutes without clumps, in cold beverages too.I find that protein helps control my appetite and so I take this after breakfast to curtail my midafternoon snacking. It does give a sense of full stomach. I can’t say this is why but I haven’t been sneaky snacking.I also seem to have more endurance to handle my daily household tasks, again, not sure this is why but I am gonna keep dong it til something shifts.I have celiac so I’m also grateful that this is certified gluten free. So many supplements are laced with gluten, it’s a mine field out there! Also, I avoid a lot of sugar so this works with that restriction too.I’m definitely going to continue with this, it seems to be made by people who know what they’re doing!

Protein and creatine in one, saves buying both
The best thing about this one is that it bundles 5g of creatine right into the protein, so you’re not keeping a separate tub in the cupboard or measuring out two scoops of different things every morning. The protein itself comes from a mix of pea, mung bean, fava bean, and chia rather than a single source, which gives you a broader amino acid profile than most plant-based options manage. No fillers, artificial colors, or sweeteners either, which I appreciate. The tradeoff for that clean ingredient list is flavor. On its own in plain water it has a noticeably earthy taste, the kind of thing that tastes healthy. It’s not unpleasant exactly, just not something you’d drink for enjoyment. The upside is that being unflavored makes it endlessly versatile, so you can blend it into a smoothie, stir it into oatmeal, or mix it with coffee and let those flavors carry it. The powder is fine enough that it dissolves well without clumping, even in cold liquid, though it takes a few extra shakes in a shaker cup. It’s on the pricier side and the container is smaller than some, so this isn’t the budget option. But the ingredient quality is there and having creatine included takes some of the sting out of the price. Solid choice if you want plant-based protein without a bunch of junk in it.

Excellent quality organic plant based protein powder, with 5g creatine,
This brand consistently delivers excellent quality protein powders, and this one is no different. This is an organic, plant based protein blend, with 5g creatine, and this unflavored version is great. There are 14 single scoop servings; with 21g protein, tons of amino acids, MCT oil, high iron, all for a low 120 cal per serving. The consistency is smooth, even mixed with plain water. It’s not chalky or thick, great for shakes to adding into banana bread, or pancakes. The organic protein ingredients consist of pea, mung, and fava bean. Dairy free, gluten free, non GMO, no added sugars, made in the USA, and certified organic. All the things I want. The price listed seems on par with the high quality ingredients.

Two steps in one!
I normally use the unflavored Active Protein from the same brand and love it so thought I’d try this one. This one has a bit less protein and no probiotics like the other. However, the texture is better! AND it has creatine, for everyone that takes it separately. The powder is so fine that there is zero grittiness when mixed. The taste is not bad at all and so fast to get used to. The fineness of the powder takes a little more shakes in my shaker cup to incorporate but it’s clump free. Why do I choose unflavored? Because alternative sweeteners give me headaches and leave a terrible after taste. I actually add the protein powder into my oatmilk and use it for my daily iced lattes. Three shots of espresso, 18 oz oatmilk, two scoops of protein powder, a little sugar and a squeeze of Hersheys dark chocolate syrup.Overall a good value and great way to add protein in your diet. The unflavored is so versatile, you can add it to everything and it’s so easy to do so.
