Why did you pick this product vs others?:A friend recommended this for my swollen inflamed knees, I take 2 in the morning & 1or2 in evening! My swelling has gone down more than it has in a few years! I am so excited! It has given me back my life, Effectiveness:very effective!

Turmeric for optimal absorption?
Turmeric is great to combat inflammation and usually is combined with black pepper for optimal absorption. This product says it contains a proprietary blend for that and does not contain black pepper. I take turmeric everyday so it will be seen if this blend brings the same results as my usual previous brands. If it does, this is a a good buy for sure.

This is great – to me – for inflammation after working out, especially at night. It helps me to some degree to prevent waking up, feeling hot / inflamed. I didn’t notice anything negative after using these. They don’t cause any stomach discomfort. I would recommend trying this out to anyone who sometimes has inflammation. It is worth trying. And the price on these isn’t too bad. I have tried other brands which worked just as well. This get a little more bang for the buck.
