Putting Lomatium in my water I use to take my bedtime supplements every night has changed my life. I haven’t been sick in the last six months even while going through an extremely stressful loss of a family member and dealing with many complications it brought up. I have studied nutrition, herbalism and immune function as a lay-person for more than 25 years, and have taken vast amounts of supplements. Planetary Herbals is one of the most ethical companies and makes outstanding products. Their Lomatium is no exception. Because I have a significantly compromised immune system I started off with a fair amount of Lomatium. Two droppers full in the morning and at night, but now I seem to only need about a half a dropper each night. I kept my smaller bottle and ordered a larger more economical one. I keep that by my bed and keep the small one in my little personal health kit I take with me pretty much when ever I leave the house.Lomatium isn’t a miracle. You still need to eat a proper diet rich in raw, clean healthy foods including high quality raw dairy and lots and lots of greens. You need a high quality source of Omega 3’s such as krill oil, green lipped mussel extract or marine phytoplankton, get lots of real sunshine, real rest and sleep, and lots of good quality fats and coconut products, Also, if you smoke – STOP! Don’t consume fake garbage ‘foods’ and fake sweeteners. Aspartame turns to formaldehyde in your body. Just stay away from it. Regardless of what advertisers and the Big Pharma based medical community tries to make us believe, we evolved over millions of years to live in harmony with this planet and to eat real food. 100 years of industrialization and brainwashing through advertising, lobbyists and insidious back-dealings of those we are lead to believe are looking out for our best interests like the FDA, ADA and many more doesn’t change that one bit. It just gives us outrageous rates of autism, diabetes, cancer and degenerative diseases.

I’m somewhat new to discovering Lomatium as an herbal remedy to assist with respiratory health. It also is an antiviral and boosts immunity.
