I have taken plenty of omega 3 supplements before, but I decided to try this one because it also includes vitamin d as well. I needed to get this supplement so it can complement my diet on days when I need it. The soft gels are medium to large, but they are easily able to be taken with some water. I was expecting some type of fish smell or taste since it is a fish oil supplement but surprisingly there is no taste or smell.

These are a great multi benefit supplement because you get vitamin D, Omega 3 and coffee fruit extract which has many healthy benefits it’s a polyphenol and good antioxidant including brain health. Coffee fruit extract does have energy caffeine too so that’s good for energy boost. These softgels are a bit large but they are very easily swallowed and I have had no issues taking them. I’ve purchased many products form Piping Rock brand and all good quality and non GMO which is very important to me. No odor for the fish oil either and this is a 1 month supply if taken daily.
