I like supplements where you know just how much of each ingredient you’re getting. When it’s just a mix with a total, like this supplement, it’s harder to know how much of one thing you’re getting. So researching the ingredients, I’d be careful with a few of these including Phytolacca spp. Some of these can have digestive effects that are not good but also can cause problems at certain amounts. It’s a short, 3-day suggested cleanse, but it just seems something is off. Sometimes it’s confidence in the company or the packaging, but it just seems to be pricking at the spidy senses that something might be off, and as silly as that sounds, affects the perception and confidence in the ingredients and the choice there as after researching some, there might be issues. It’s hard to access the quality of the ingredients other than putting the list of them in a checker and getting the results, but hard to know if these are quality or not. Didn’t notice any upset when taking it, but also didn’t feel great. For value, it’s not expensive, but maybe sometimes price is an indicator as well.
