A good beginning dose for a good price
I liked the combination of CoQ10 along with the NADH in this supplement. The CoQ10 is below the therapeutic dose in scientific trials, but enough to help you see if it’s got a possibility for working for you, or to let you build up. The NADH is at the lowest therapeutic dose, so again, giving you a chance to build up. You only take one per day, so this bottle will last you about 2 months, which is a good length of time to see if it’s effective for you. There is no taste, and no negative side effects that I’ve noticed, I’m about 1/2 way through the bottle. The pills are easy to swallow in size, and I usually have problems swallowing larger pills, so this one is good. With the price I’m likely to keep purchasing this brand.They claim to be Lab tested and to have 45 years in manufacturing.

Disclaimer: vine review of an item I requested free*My dad and I both take nad, of all the supplements I’ve gotten through the vine program, nad is one of the few that I can tell a noticeable difference. I feel like I have more energy by the end of the day if I take nad in the morning. Coq10 is nice as it’s supposed to help with that, but I can’t tell any difference from just the nad.The pills themselves are easy to swallow, no flavor or aftertaste. I’ve been struggling with low energy lately and was hoping Piping Rock NADH 20mg with CoQ-10 Optimizer might help me feel more energized throughout the day and avoid that afternoon slump that seems to drag on until bedtime, only for me to feel wide awake when it’s actually time to sleep.I haven’t been taking it for very long, so I haven’t noticed a drastic change in my energy levels yet. Easy to swallow
I have been taking NAD for a while and really love the effects it has on my overall energy and motivation to get things done. I was unsure how different NADH compared especially when paired with CoQ10 and for the last day or two I haven’t noticed anything significantly different. The capsule size is very small and easy to swallow I pair it with all my other vitamins nightly with dinner and have had no issues with upset stomach or anything of that nature so I think it is best if taken with a meal.

20 mg in a tiny pill of NADH doesn’t seem like much, especially for a man over 200 pounds like me. Someone my size might need a higher dose. I checked the company’s own website and found it interesting that the same product is a fraction of the price there compared with Amazon. They’re probably just trying to get a new product established. The listing does say it’s tested and verified, although I would have liked to see the actual data.Digging further, the company states they have their own in-house world-class microbiology and analytical laboratories located in the United States (which is good) and that they also use third-party FDA-registered agencies to verify purity. I even went to their website and entered the lot number printed on the bottle — no test results came up. As far as I’m concerned, that means these are untested. Even the product itself has no accessible testing data according to their own site.As someone who researches supplements, I also noticed there is no independent third-party testing (for example, from ConsumerLab or similar). There doesn’t appear to be any Certificate of Analysis (COA) available for this specific batch either. A proper COA should confirm the measured amounts of the active ingredients (the 20 mg of NADH and the CoQ10), show that the product matches the label, and verify the absence of contaminants, heavy metals, or microbes. The bottle does have a lot/batch number and an expiration date of 2028, so it’s not old product — I just have concerns about the lack of verifiable proof.A few other reviewers have mentioned that the CoQ10 amount is so minimal it probably wouldn’t have much effect for someone like me.
