Support for joint comfort and recovery
Adding a MSM supplement to a daily routine can make a big difference to anyone dealing with joint stiffness or soreness. It does take awhile for the results to be seen but over time it does work. After about a month of taking MSM I noticed a definite decrease in the amount of pain in my knees and shoulders in the morning when I first woke up before I started moving.I fix appliances for a living so it’s a lot of bending, pulling, lifting, etc that definitely takes a toll on my body over time. So anything that helps me get up and going in the morning is a huge win in my book. I’m not feeling as beat up and sore by the end of the day or so completely dead by the end of the week.I will say though that this particular brand’s pills are a bit on the large size so depending on how you are with taking pills you may want to try to cut it in half before taking it. It does work though, you just have to give it some time. It’s not a miracle one and done sort of thing, supplements don’t work that way.

Piping Rock MSM / 1500mg / 240 CapletsThis is a big bottle of MSM & Dicalcium Phosphate. And BIG is the operative word here. These caplets are huge and qualify as horse pills in my book. They can be tough to swallow. I’ve had to disolve them in water for a few hours beforehand.High quality though. No dyes, gluten free, no artificial flavor, sweeteners or preservatives. I use it for inflamation, exercise recovery and joint health. Seems to help.I think this is a good value if you can get past the size of the caplets.
