Piping Rock Vaginal Moisture Probiotic with slippery elm and pineapple is a good probiotic.The capsules are a medium sized capsule and are easily swallowed.It is a non GMO, gluten free, vegan formula. However the container that the probiotic comes in does not mention anything about being lab tested, 3rd party or otherwise.I can’t say anything about the effectiveness of this supplement because I have not been using it very long. Like with most supplements you generally need to be taking them for a while before you start seeing the effects that are claimed by the company.The directions suggest taking 2 capsules daily and there is 30 days worth of capsules in the container.The price is quite low for probiotic supplements.

I got this Piping Rock vaginal moisture probiotic for my wife to try. She has been taking one capsule a day for a little over a week. The bottle has 60 vegan capsules with slippery elm and pineapple so it should last her about two months at that pace. If so then I would say that is a good value for what you get.She said the capsules are a normal size and go down easy with water. There is a light pineapple note from the ingredients but it is not a sweet gummy. She takes hers in the morning with breakfast and has not had stomach upset so far. No noticeable side effects from what she can tell.This is a supplement so any change takes time and will be different for each person. After one week she is not making big claims either way. She has increased her water intake so that may also play in to the effects of the capsules. The bottle is simple to keep on the counter and the formula is easy to stick with.If your partner wants a straightforward daily probiotic aimed at women’s comfort this has been an easy one for her to try. She plans to finish the bottle before deciding how effective it is for her.

Great for womens vaginal health
These are great quality womens probiotics. With the ingredients involved, it actually is more like a symbiotic, which is better for women to take and what I usually do take. I like the addition of pineapple. Pineapple is so good for womens vaginal health but it is hard to have to eat it every day. This has helped not only with vaginal moisture but my overall vaginal health. I have also noticed a better digestive health. This supplement has definitely been effective. The pill size is typical and you take two at a time but they are not hard to take or swallow. I have noticed a better vaginal odor as well. These are easy to use and I believe they are a good value for the cost.

My wife picked this up for her stomach issues, and honestly, it’s been a quiet win. She’s been dealing with bloating and general discomfort for a while, and after a few weeks of taking these daily, she said things just feel more settled. The capsules are super easy to swallow, and she didn’t have any of that weird aftertaste or cramping you sometimes get with probiotics. She’s pretty sensitive to supplements, so the fact that it didn’t upset her stomach at all was a big deal for us. At around $15 for a 30-day supply, I think this is reasonably priced and has an interesting combination of ingredients. I like that it contains three probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus reuteri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus, along with KSM-66 ashwagandha and slippery elm.However, since this is marketed specifically as a vaginal moisture probiotic, I was hoping to notice some improvement in moisture or overall vaginal comfort. So far, I haven’t noticed any changes or noticeable benefits from taking it.I do appreciate the relatively clean formula, vegan capsules, and affordable price. The ingredients may offer other gut and stress-support benefits, but based on my experience so far, I’m not convinced about its effectiveness for vaginal moisture. I’ll finish the bottle, but I’m not sure I would repurchase unless I start noticing a difference.
