Em quanto tempo eu recebo?

Great for the Price
This seems to be a solit omega-3 capsule for the price. I may add this one to my regular cabinet. It seems to be effective as I’ve seen some of the described effects. I’ve also noticed improvements in my flexibility. This makes me very happy because I’m in my mid 40s and have been trying to improve in that area for many years. There are some other contributors to this area for me, but I do believe this capsule has helped. There is no odor or odd taste that I usually get with fish oils.I dealt with no negative side effects or stomach issues. It is very easy to take these due to the gel capsules and their standard size.As an additional benefit, I’ve seen a bit of an improvement to my hair and skin. I think this would be much better if I’d be more dillegent in drinking water.

These are excellent quality Omegas. Easy to swallow, works well for my health goals.
I’ve been looking for a vegan omega‑3 that delivers both DHA and DPA without the fishy aftertaste, and Piping Rock’s algae oil fits the bill nicely. Each softgel contains 500 mg of oil, and the bottle holds 130 capsules—enough for a couple of months at the suggested two‑per‑day dose. The softgels are medium‑sized, smooth, and have a neutral scent; I didn’t notice any unpleasant burps or fishy reflux, which is often a concern with marine‑derived supplements. The label clearly states the product is vegan, non‑GMO, gluten‑free, and free of artificial colors or preservatives, which gives me confidence about purity. After a few weeks of consistent use, I felt a subtle improvement in mental clarity during work‑focused periods and noticed less joint stiffness after my morning walks—benefits that line up with what DHA and DPA are known to support. The price point is reasonable compared to other algae‑based options, and the amber bottle protects the oil from light degradation. Overall, this supplement delivers a clean, effective plant‑based omega‑3 source that’s easy to incorporate into a daily routine without any hassle. If you need a trustworthy vegan DHA/DPA source, it’s worth a try.A Reliable Plant‑Based Omega‑3 Source with Noticeable DHA/DPA Support, Clean Label, and Easy‑to‑Swallow Softgels.

A straightforward vegan alternative to fish oil
ASIN: B0BMW5P1JB $19.99 ($0.15/count)Piping Rock Omega 3 Algae Oil 500mg | 130 Softgels | Plant Based Omegas with DHA & DPA | Vegan, Non-GMO & Gluten Free SupplementDescription:This supplement provides 500 mg of algae oil in a vegan softgel formulation containing the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and DPA. The bottle contains 130 unflavored softgels and is labeled vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free.Review:These are a straightforward algae-based omega-3 supplement and appear to be exactly what the labeling says they are. Algae oil is a useful alternative to fish-derived omega-3 supplements, particularly for people who prefer a plant-based product or who are allergic to fish or shellfish/krill.The softgels are easy for me to swallow and don’t have an objectionable taste or smell. That’s particularly welcome with an omega-3 supplement, since some of them can make their presence known long after you’ve swallowed them.Obviously, I can’t independently verify the contents or potency of a supplement at home, but the product arrived properly sealed, and everything about the capsules and labeling appears consistent with the description. I haven’t encountered any problems taking them.At $19.99 for 130 softgels, the price is also reasonable for an algae-derived omega-3 supplement. If you’re specifically looking for a vegan alternative to fish oil, these seem like a solid choice.—Supplement Facts:Serving Size: 1 Vegan SoftgelServings Per Container: 130Amount Per Serving:Calories: 5Total Fat: 0.5 g (1% DV)Vegan Algae Oil: 500 mgTotal Omega-3 Fatty Acids:DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), DPA (Docosapentaenoic Acid), Other Omega-3s: 250 mgOther Ingredients:Modified Tapioca Starch, Carrageenan, Vegetable Glycerin, Mixed Natural TocopherolsDirections:For adults, take 1 vegan softgel daily, preferably with a meal.Ingredient Breakdown:* Vegan Algae Oil – Plant-based marine oil produced from microalgae. Algae are the original source of the long-chain omega-3s that ultimately accumulate in fish, so algae oil provides these fatty acids without using fish oil.* DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) – Long-chain omega-3 fatty acid important to normal brain and retinal structure and function. DHA is the principal identified omega-3 in most algae-oil supplements, although this label does not state exactly how much of the 250 mg is DHA.* DPA (Docosapentaenoic Acid) – Long-chain omega-3 structurally intermediate between EPA and DHA. It is less extensively studied than EPA or DHA but participates in omega-3 fatty-acid metabolism.* Other Omega-3s – The label groups DHA, DPA, and unspecified other omega-3 fatty acids together as 250 mg rather than providing individual amounts.* Modified Tapioca Starch – Plant-derived starch used to form or stabilize the vegan softgel.* Carrageenan – Seaweed-derived gelling agent commonly used to give vegetarian/vegan softgels their structure.* Vegetable Glycerin – Humectant and plasticizer that keeps the softgel flexible.* Mixed Natural Tocopherols – Forms of vitamin E commonly added as antioxidants to help protect oils from oxidation. The label does not identify their source.Omega-3 Assessment:The product supplies 500 mg of algae oil, but only 250 mg is identified as total omega-3 fatty acids. The important number when comparing omega-3 supplements is therefore 250 mg, not the 500 mg headline algae-oil quantity. The label does not disclose separate DHA, DPA, or EPA quantities, and EPA is not specifically identified at all.Fish-Free / Vegan Assessment:This is a vegan alternative to fish oil and obtains its omega-3s directly from algae. It contains no fish or gelatin according to the ingredient list. Algae-derived DHA can be particularly useful for someone who wants long-chain omega-3s without consuming fish oil.Potential Benefits:* DHA – Supports normal brain and eye structure and function and contributes to cardiovascular health.* DPA – May contribute additional cardiovascular and metabolic effects, although research is much less extensive than for DHA and EPA.* Direct Long-Chain Omega-3s – Unlike plant foods containing primarily ALA, algae oil supplies preformed long-chain omega-3 fatty acids and therefore does not depend on the body’s relatively inefficient conversion of ALA into DHA and EPA.Potential Concerns:* Undisclosed Omega-3 Breakdown – The biggest weakness of the label. It provides 250 mg of combined DHA, DPA, and other omega-3s without saying how many milligrams of each are present.* EPA – No EPA quantity is listed, so this should not be assumed to provide a meaningful amount of EPA.* Carrageenan – Commonly used in vegan softgels and generally permitted as a food additive, although some people prefer to avoid it or find products containing it bothersome to the GI tract.* Tocopherol Source – “Mixed natural tocopherols” does not disclose the source material. This can matter to someone trying to avoid particular source ingredients.* Blood Thinners / Surgery – The manufacturer specifically advises people taking blood thinners or planning medical or surgical procedures to consult a healthcare professional before use.Allergen / Dietary Notes:* No gluten* Non-GMO* Vegetarian / vegan softgel* No soy* No wheat* No yeast* No milk* No lactose* No artificial color* No artificial flavor* No artificial sweetener* No coconut ingredient is identified on this label. However, “vegetable glycerin” and “mixed natural tocopherols” do not disclose their botanical source, so the label alone does not establish that the product is coconut-free.Overall Assessment:This is a simple vegan algae-oil omega-3 supplement with a relatively short ingredient list and 250 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids per softgel. Algae oil is a legitimate direct source of long-chain omega-3s and avoids the fish and gelatin found in many conventional omega-3 supplements. The main weakness is poor fatty-acid transparency: DHA, DPA, and other omega-3s are lumped together rather than individually quantified, and EPA is not specifically listed. For someone specifically avoiding coconut, there is no explicitly coconut-derived ingredient here, but the unspecified sources of vegetable glycerin and mixed natural tocopherols mean I would not call it confirmed coconut-free without additional information from the manufacturer.

Good Alternative to Fish Oil
I wanted an Omega 3 supplement that was plant based rather than made from fish oil, so I decided to try these. The softgels are small enough, easy for me to swallow and I have not experienced any unpleasant aftertaste or stomach issues after taking them. I like that the Omega 3 comes from algae oil while still providing DHA and DPA. The serving size is only one softgel per day, so the 130 included in the bottle provide a little over a four-month supply which is great for my budget. For anyone who prefers to avoid fish-based Omega 3 supplements like I do, I think this is a good alternative and a good value for the amount you receive.

Piping Rock Omega 3 Algae Oil – Good Ingredients, Good Value for Quantity
The Piping Rock Omega 3 Algae oil stands out to me as a vegan omega-3 supplement because it’s often hard to find a budget-friendly, high-quality option. The dosage is 500 mg, perfect for someone who needs to supplement an already healthy diet — with 130 capsules per bottle, that’s enough to last for at least 4 months! I like that it has both DHA and DPA, although other reviews do mention that it is missing EPA. The capsules are easy to swallow, not a gigantic horse pill like many fish-based omega supplements, and don’t have a gross odor or aftertaste either. Still waiting to see the benefits of this supplement, but there are numerous benefits to supplementing omega-3s into your diet–especially if you are on the standard American diet!

Great plant-based omega supplement
I’ve been looking for a high-quality plant-based omega-3 supplement, and this one has been an excellent addition to my daily routine. I like that it’s made from algae instead of fish, so I get DHA and DPA without the fishy taste or aftertaste that often comes with traditional fish oil supplements. The softgels are a comfortable pill size and very easy to swallow. They’re simple to add to my daily routine, and I haven’t experienced any unpleasant taste, burps, or stomach discomfort after taking them.I also appreciate the clean ingredient list. The fact that it’s vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free gives me confidence that I’m getting a quality supplement made with thoughtfully selected ingredients. After taking it consistently, I’ve noticed my skin feels a little more hydrated and looks healthier overall, which has been a nice bonus. While supplements can affect everyone differently, I’ve been happy with its overall effectiveness and plan to keep using it.The bottle contains 130 softgels, so it lasts a long time and offers excellent value for the money. The packaging is sturdy, and the softgels have stayed fresh throughout use.Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality, ingredients, effectiveness, ease of use, pill size, and even the lack of any unpleasant taste. If you’re looking for a plant-based alternative to fish oil, I think this is an excellent choice.

Nothing “Fishy” In Plant-based Omega-3’s
These easy-to-swallow small gels have Omega-3 Fatty Acids that provide similar health benefits as those from fish oil, supporting heart, brain, and eye health. The fatty-acids are derived from vegan algae oil without any fishy aftertaste nor ocean-borne contaminants. This is not the kind of greenish algae film that can form in lakes, ponds, or out-of-control swimming pools. It’s a marine organism, lab-cultivated, plant-based oil… rich in omega-3 fatty acids for those who don’t eat seafood or can’t tolerate fish oil. This product arrived in a well-sealed bottle filled with 130 gels at 500mg. There’s an appropriate label with lot number and expiration date. I was somewhat confused with the quantity of active ingredients: main label says 500mg, but smaller print says (I believe) that the DHA and EPA and “other omega-3’s” are 250 mg. Since I usually consume at least 1000 mg of fish oil DHA plus EPA, I’m not sure whether I need 2 or 4 of this product to meet my goal. Further, the label doesn’t show the individual quantities of DHA and EPA and “other omega-3’s” which makes me wonder whether there’s batch-to-batch consistency. Price is competitive for this vegan oil but higher than my usual fish oil…. especially if I use more than one gel per daily serving. This seems like a quality product; there’s definitely nothing “fishy” about it.

Solid Plant‑Based DHA Option at a Great Value
I prefer algae‑based omega‑3 supplements, and this one checks the boxes I look for. It uses algae oil, which is the original source of DHA in the marine food chain. That means you get omega‑3s without the fishy taste, without mercury concerns, and without the sustainability issues that come with traditional fish oil. Each softgel contains 500 mg of algae oil, providing 250 mg of DHA. If you’re looking for a high‑dose DHA supplement, this isn’t the strongest option, but it’s a perfectly reasonable maintenance dose, especially if you already eat a balanced diet. The softgels themselves are smaller than typical fish oil capsules, which is a big plus if you struggle with swallowing larger pills. As with most omega‑3 supplements, the benefits aren’t immediately noticeable, but if you want a plant‑based alternative to fish oil, this is absolutely worth considering. You get 130 softgels, and at one per day, the bottle lasts over four months, making it an excellent value for the price.
