    This is more for immune function, not for sleep or relaxation

    I mean, it is a weak extract by comparison to many magnolia bark supplements for relaxation and calm. I should have known this before I bought it. This contains only 2% of the good stuff in a standardized formula, which is clearly stated on the bottle. Other supplements for magnolia bark by comparison contain 80-90%.So know why you are taking magnolia bark, as relaxation and sleep are just two things it can do. For me, this extract did not do anything for relaxation or sleep. That is why I went to buy a stronger extract that actually works. When you find a good one, it works.This was just very cheap and so I gave it a try first. I am sure it has other benefits. But I wanted the calming sleep support benefits, which this one does not give me. So I am disappointed by this purchase and no longer take it for now. I have read that it can support healthy breathing and perhaps immune function. If those are what you want in a supplement, perhaps this will support it. But overall, if your goal is better calm and sleep, I would pass on this.The label is clearly stated, and it is good they use a standardized formula. So they get 3 stars that come solely on their packaging, price, and quality control.

    Did nothing for me

    Heard this with magnesium woukd be helpful for a restful night’s sleep. I did not see any difference after taking this supplement. I am still awake most of the night.
