This form of magnesium didn’t really work that well for me so I switched to another.

Excellent for health
I use magnesium to regulate my sleep cycle. It helps with melatonin production and feeling ready to go to sleep at night. Great dose here in a quick release capsule. I just take one at night and it’s perfect.
