    I must admit that I was a bit uncertain as to what benefit I might have from taking this but trusted that my physician was knowledgeable and felt it worth trying considering that she had done a DNA Genesight study on me showing that I could. I am so grateful that I did. I have noticed a significant improvement in my mood and overall outlook. After researching various brands I decided on PipingRock and will continue to use this product and will consider changing and getting some of my other supplements from PipingRock.

    Worth your time

    Rating a product with subtle effects is tough. I don’t claim expertise, but my casual research led me here – they seem passionate about making a reliable product based on findings that this gives a boost to those who use SSRI/SNRI; ensuring there is an adequate supply of this precursor to serotonin seems wise, as that’s what they’re enhancing.My PCP recommended it, and I’m satisfied with this offering. Would I like more details on manufacturing processes and third party verification? Of course. But that’s pretty rare. What I know is that it didn’t kill me, and possibly enhanced the effect of my SNRI medication.I’m satisfied.

    Dr told me to take it so I am. I don’t really recognize any benefits so far but my doctor assures me I need it so this appears to be the best one on the market.

    Okay

    I was instructed by my physician to take this, as I was found to have a MTHFR gene mutation. I honestly do not know if I am benefiting from it, I do not feel a difference. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I have not noticed any negative side effects.
