Good for increasing milk supply
When my baby was in the NICU the lactation specialist said to get a supplement that is at least this many milligrams. Lots of the supplements are less and do nothing. I take these morning and night, 2 capsules each time.Definitely increases my supply but you have to be patient. Anything to increase milk supply takes a couple of days to see the increase.

This helps with that and you don’t sweat under your arms I don’t and you don’t have to wear deodorant I haven’t worn deodorant since I’ve been taking these pills it works for me And my works for you
