    I can’t really tell what this product is doing for me right now, I don’t think it is helping with menopause, may be helping with nail growth a little, I take 4 now instead of two, will need further evaluation.

    Forget topical acne treatments. This is the best product I’ve ever tried for acne. No guarantee that it will work for everyone, but it certainly works for me. After taking one capsule per day for about two weeks, my acne had completely vanished, and as long as I keep taking DIM once a day, it doesn’t come back. I wish I had discovered DIM when I first started getting acne as a teenager. It would have saved me years of grief (and a lot of money spent on creams, gels and masks). I plan to keep taking DIM indefinitely.
