    Good stuff

    This is a big bottle. I was surprised. I just use two squirts under my tongue. I don’t mix it with anything. The taste is ok. I mean it’s not berries. But I can tolerate. It’s really not that bad for one minute in the mouth. I don’t like mixing and prolonging the taste. Or messing with the strength. That doesn’t make sense to me. Just suck it up and let it sit under the tongue for best absorption. Definitely works for the issues I purchased it for.
