These vitamins were easy to swallow, and were the same size as a standard capsule (they are accurately represented in the listing picture), and I really appreciate that they are vegetarian and use a non-gelatin based capsule. I wish more companies did this. But beware: they will turn your pee nuclear yellow. The bottle is huge (I included a picture of this bottle next to a standard-sized bottle of vitamins so that you can see the size difference), and the quantity of 250 capsules should last over 8 months.

These capsules are easy to swallow with no noticeable smell, and I’ve had no adverse reactions.I really appreciate that there are no “extra” active ingredients; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something. It’s always good to check with your physician to make sure you’re getting the right information for YOU but I feel very comfortable taking this blend.The recommended dosage is 1 capsule/day which makes this a very affordable supplement. I like these so much that “subscribe and save” will be my next step!It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. Lab tested multiple B vitamin supplement
The product page says it lab tested but I couldn’t see anywhere on the package or the product page which 3rd party lab is doing the testing. If I can see to verify the product is listed and certified for both purity and potency then I would have given it five stars. They don’t specify which lab has done the testing which makes me question the claim.The product was plastic wrap sealed and also vacuum sealed on the top of the bottle. I opened one capsule and the ingredients were consistent throughout the mixture. There wasn’t any off smells or odor and the powder looked clean.Vitamin B is in many types of food but I supplement to keep my levels higher to help with balancing Vitamin D supplements as I’ve heard they work in conjunction together. The capsules were all sealed and the packaging near and clean.
