    Piping Rock it’s one of my go to brands because it muscle tests so strong.

    My Go-To Supplement BrandPiping Rock has been my go-to brand ever since I closed my nutrition office and started restocking supplements for my own use. I’ve always found their formulas to be very well thought out, and I especially appreciate that many of their supplements come in caplet form, which is my personal preference.One thing I do when choosing supplements is muscle testing. If a product doesn’t test well for me, I simply won’t buy it. I’ve used this method for years to determine what seems to be a good fit for my body, and when working with clients, and Piping Rock products have consistently tested very well for me.I also appreciate that their products are lab tested and non-GMO, and their prices are very reasonable, which makes it much easier to maintain a good supplement program.I’m currently focusing on my own skin and nail health, so this product caught my attention because it offers more than just collagen peptides—it includes additional ingredients that complement the formula.     Good collagen combination with simple ingredients

    This supplement combines collagen with several complementary ingredients without loading it with a long list of unnecessary vitamins and minerals. Here are my observations:1. Provides 3,000 mg of grass-fed bovine collagen peptides per serving2. Contains both Type I and Type III collagen3. Includes vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, which complement a collagen supplement nicely4. Contains only 10 calories and 15 mg of sodium per serving5. Other ingredients are simple, with no sugar, artificial coloring or complicated fillers6. The bottle provides 40 servings when taking the recommended three caplets dailyThe biotin dosage is quite high at 1,200 mcg, or 4,000% of the Daily Value.     This Piping Rock collagen supplement is very convenient. I usually take my collagen in drinks but it’s much easier to just pop these tablets into the pill box. The tablets are pretty large, but a serving requires just 3 of them for 3000mg. That’s not a huge amount of collagen, but is good enough in a pinch. At 120 capsules, that’s good for 40 days. The capsules are white and do have a slight smell to them, but no aftertaste to stomach upset. I like the inclusion of the biotin and the hyaluronic acid, although the later is a little skimpy. Overall it’s a good, affordable price for a collagen supplement. Piping Rock has been pretty reliable for me in the past and is made in the US, so I feel comfortable recommending this to those experimenting with collagen for hair, skin and joint health.

    As always, before putting anything in my body to be absorbed and digested, I want to make sure it’s safe and made by a trusted manufacturer, especially for supplements which fall outside the purview of the FDA and are completely unregulated.Trying to look up Piping Rock it seems like they were founded in 2011 and have an office in New York.Testing one out, it went down very easily with some water.For what it is, it seems fine, though results will vary a lot by person. That’s the problem with preventative or preparatory supplements, it’s hard to know if they’re having an effect if you’re already in decent health and trying to maintain it.And probably the MOST important thing about buying any supplement you’re going to put in your body, you can see on the label that it states:”Manufactured by”NOT “Manufactured for”NOT “Distributed by”NOT “Made for”Those are almost always a shell for some nameless overseas manufacturer with a virtual office in the US.This product is directly “Manufactured by Piping Rock.”

    There are 120 caplets in the bottle taking 3 a day gives you a 40 day supply. The only reason for the 4 stars is I have a really hard time swallowing. caplets and these are also hard for me to swallow. Everything else is 5 stars. The company has been around a long time. Their prices are reasonable. They work from a GMP Good Manufacturing Practice faculty. They included a lot number, and expiration date on the bottle. They included on the bottle Their address and phone number. I feel PipingRock is an ok company to buy supplements from.
