Works well, my legs are starting to firm up a tiny bit, just enough to tighten up some jiggle and make me feel as if the squats and lifts aren’t a waste of time. Nothing drastic, may be my imagination, but it makes me feels as if what I’m doing is starting to work. Plus I feel better.
