Dulls taste buds in a good way.
Helps if you have a sweet tooth. Your brain will want sweets, but they won’t taste as good. I find it helps in giving up sweets, by dulling taste buds. I’m not sure about other aspects of the supplement, but would buy again just to curb sweet cravings.

On paper, it sounds like the perfect natural herbal supplement to help keep blood sugars in check, especially since it’s a concentrated extract that is non-GMO and gluten-free.
