Way better in a softgel capsule instead of the oil supplement!
These capsules are a little big, but they are smooth and go down easy. I just wouldn’t suggest that you take them by themselves instead of with a handful of other supplements. No oily feel, rancid smell of aftertaste. So far so good!

I switched to this from phentermine because i was worried about the long term health effects. This is just as effective is not me as an appetite suppressant. I’ve been taking them for about a week- my food noise is way down and I’m down almost 7lbs. Some people complained about the tat but it kind of taste like like I’ve eaten oregano. You have a couple of burritos about an hour after you swallow it and that’s it. I take them with a banana and the taste isn’t bad at all.
